The condo is situated on Peak 9, directly above the Blue River in the Wetterhorn building, at The Village in Breckenridge. Located in the heart of Breckenridge, this condo is only steps away from bars, restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. The Village complex offers many resort amenities including a ski school, on-site ski rentals, a fitness area, pools, and hot tubs. In the summer, you can hike right out the front door. In the winter months, you can enjoy ski-in/ski-out access.
The Wetterhorn Building is located in the most desirable spot in Breckenridge. It is ideally positioned next to the slopes and is only 50 yards from the Quicksilver Super Chair and ski school. You will love being within walking distance of Main Street where you will enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife, and all that Breckenridge has to offer.
The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, and two balconies with great views of downtown, Baldy Mountain, and the sound of the Blue River. The kitchen, dining room, and living area are set in an open layout so that you and your guests can all spend time together. The living area offers plenty of room to relax with a cozy fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed while the additional bedroom has 3 queen-sized beds. There are televisions in both bedrooms.
Guest accommodations
As a guest at the Village at Breckenridge, you will have full access to all of the resort amenities including:
-Heated underground parking (additional fee) *Parking is not always guaranteed. Contact us to check availability and cost.
-multiple outdoor hot tubs
-Indoor/outdoor swimming pool
-Sauna
-Steam room
-Ski & snowboard storage
-Fitness room
-Locker rooms with showers and towels
-Luggage drop-off
-2 shared grills
-Free wireless Internet in and around the resort
-Each condo floor has a laundry room (at an additional cost). We have an all-in-one washer/dryer in our unit as well.
-Ski school, daycare, & hospital/ER are on the premises.
-Free Ride shuttle/bus stop across the street.
-The front desk is available 24 hours a day. They will help with anything you may need. We will both be there for you.
Other things to note
-Check-In start time: 4:00pm, but not always guaranteed. Check-in may be delayed past 4pm. We will email you a Welcome Letter before arrival. You will download "The Village at Breckenridge" app which will be used as your key to enter the buildings and condo during your stay. You will check in with a Vail Resorts employee.
-Breckenridge has very strict occupancy and quiet hour rules. If rules aren't followed, you will be asked to leave, fined, and lose your deposit.
-Occupancy Max- 6 people (children and infants included) at any time (day or night).
-Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. *Once you book, we will send you a detailed information PDF with personal recommendations as well as basic information.
-Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
-All Village reservations are subject to a nominal daily parking fee that is paid at the time of arrival. Parking vacancy is based on availability per The Village at Breckenridge.
-You will be responsible for a 4% credit card fee if you cancel prior to 60 days in advance.
