Great unit only problem was the noise every night!!!! Not sure where in the building it was coming from but, it was consistent every night! Very hard to fall asleep if you want to go to bed!

Hi Keith, Def want to f/u on noise and if it was reported to the management or hotline. We have strick rules to follow although typically noise is never an issue at this complex.

Amazing condo, and amazing host. Would definitely recommend staying here. Condo was in amazing condition and had everything we needed. The porch is huge!

Phenomenal stay with amazing access to the slopes directly below! The Ski Valet was fantastic and made getting onto the slopes so easy every morning, especially with kids. Great parking below with the elevator coming directly up to the floor and luggage dollies available. The indoor pools were great for the kids after skiing. Overall 10/10.

This unit was clean and had everything you could need stocked and ready to go. It was just a short walk to all of the chair lifts and fun outdoor activities. The pool was great, and the management was thorough and communicative. I would highly recommend this property!

Awesome ski in/ski out condo

This condo is very spacious, well equipped and maintained, really large deck overlooking the mountains, and great true ski in/ski out. The ski valet at the resort was so easy. Having Breck Sports right next door for ski rentals made it very easy. We will definitely rent again!

Outstanding property. Exceptionally clean. Just as described and shown in the photos. Local management company contacted us right away and was very responsive. Located a few minutes from downtown and the perfect balance between being close, but not overwhelming during the busy season. I stayed in the fall, but definitely a great place to access skiing or summer activities.When I come back to Breckenridge, I will definitely book this unit again. A great stay.

Great rental- amazing view of the mountain and right in the middle of the action! Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you could need. The bowling was really fun as well as the pools and hot tubs. The only negative was that one of our humidifiers didn’t work- we asked right away for a replacement and management said that they couldn’t get us one. You need a humidifier there! It’s so dry. Otherwise it was a great stay and very convenient.

Great place!

We stayed at this condo for a ski vacation. The communication by the owner before and during our stay was excellent and replies were prompt. Instructions for access to the unit were very easy. The staff at the building were fantastic. Location was perfect for skiing - couldn't be closer to ski access!! The unit was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed! We would stay there again for our next Breck vacation!

ski weekend

My family had a lovely ski weekend. We've stayed at One Skill Hill before and really appreciate the convenience of the location at the base of Peak 8. The condo was very clean and organized. Easy communication with the property manager. No issues at all during our stay.

Summer Trip

The condo was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here for our business trip. My only caution would be that there is only one parking spot at the condo for one vehicle. It was a little tricky working around this. This was communicated to us before our booking and we were informed about the public pay to park spots. I still would rate this place at 5 stars for the location and view.
