This is the fifth time we have spent a month at Seaclusion from mid November to mid December. The house is absolutely perfect, wonderfully equipped and is extremely spacious.

The dock offers great fishing for many different species from small snappers to barracuda and lemon sharks. we have seen spotted eagle rays,dolphins, turtles and manatees swimming by the dock.

There are excellent local restaurants and coffee shops nearby but the house is so perfect it is very tempting to stay put.

Karen is incredibly helpful and responsive.

We will be back next year!

We had a family of 10 and visited for 1 week, plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The views were spectacular, the kids enjoyed the pool and it was nice there were some pool toys left there for our use. The dock allowed us to rent a 19 foot boat for several days and convenient to,come in and out of every day. The kids over fishing off the dock, and had some nice catches and saw some huge stingrays as well. Everything was clean when we arrived and the propert management staff was super frindltpy as well. Would definitely stay here again...

We VERY much enjoyed our stay in this home. The place is SO roomy, clean & well stocked. The living room is great for a large group. The dock is in beautiful clear water and the location is perfect for all water activities. We would stay here again for sure!

We love Seaclusion! This was our family's third trip here, and we had a blast. We traveled with 3 couples and 4 boys (ages 15, 8, 6 and 3). There is something for everyone to do here. My mom and I tied are floats to the dock and soaked up some sun while the boys snorkeled all around us and the guys fished. Seaclusion is our home away from home and I can't wait to get back down there, missing it already!

We stayed for a week with two families including four small kids. The house is clean and big....lots of room for two families and kids to spread out and enjoy your time while your there. The main living area on the second floor is huge with the kitchen, family room, and dinner table all together which is where all you will hang out most of the time. The headed pool is small but still big enough for the you to hang out in or the kids to play in ( with some pool toys that have been left by other visitors...thanks). The grounds are very private, you barely know there are neighbors, and the dock and water are amazing. We brought a small 20ft boat and the dock was perfect, it will accommodate a larger boat on the end with no problem. There is also plenty of room to keep a boat trailer at the house. The water behind the house is shallow and clear you and the kids can swim and snorkel right off the dock. We fished off the dock every day and caught alot of small grunt fish and a very small bonnet head shark, just buy some frozen shrimp bait at any grocery store near by. Now for some good things to know, if you have a boat you can use the ramp at Dolphin marina just north of the house for 10 bucks (in/out). If you don't you can rent one there for couple of hundred for the day. They were nice 19 and 20 foot cat center consoles. If your on a boat you can go to two near by reefs one is Looe Key which is 6 miles off shore due east of this house and is awesome. There is another reef very close to the house, only 5 min boat ride and is also very nice with lots of fish big coral heads and a very large resident sting ray which greeted us as we tied up the the mooring buoy. This is a lesser known reef called Newfound Harbor Key sanctuary. (its just on the ocean side of Little Palm Island private resort.) Also the key deer sanctuary is a short car ride away where you will see lots of key deer by car or hiking on the trails. In conclusion I would say that we would stay here again and were happy with our vacation house.
