Melanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our family had an amazing time. Plenty to do to keep the family entertained! Having the golf cart was a huge plus . Would absolutely return for another visit.

Everything was as described, nice quite little retreat.

Everything was great. This is a very modern property with nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. Everything works as it should. There’s a covered parking spot. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the little park a couple hundred feet from the house. We will stay here again if it’s available.

This home is really nice and clean. A perfect modern stay. The location is more like a mobile home park so it does give a retirement vibe. But we didn’t really stay on site so it was good for us. The waters outside your door can get really ugly, full of gulfweed and also gets smelly which I was not expecting. Trash also comes with the tides so it’s not the best view but it does change daily. The bikes were too rusty to use and the tires were flat. But we used the golf cart mostly. Everybody uses a golf cart to get around so this was a great perk! Wish we could have taken the golf cart outside the park so we could tour the area more. Key West is about a 30 min drive and that’s the only regret we had…wish we were closer to zero mile! Overall it was great for us and hope this review helps those looking to stay.

The house was in a great location and everything was very clean and tidy. The host was extremely rude and argumentative. She truly ruined parts of our trip with her poor attitude.

We recently put a golf cart at the property. her reservation did not include the golf cart but i told them i would let them use it but there were rules to use it. they took it out after dark which is not allowed since it isn't equipped for nighttime, then she texted me screaming that there were no lights on the golf cart and they were out at the beach in the dark. I told her they were not supposed to have it out after dark, and she started screaming at me that there were too many rules i was ruining their vacation. they were rude and ungrateful for the extra benefit, I tried 4 times to write to her to tell her i was not trying to ruin her vacation but if they wanted to continue to use the golf cart they needed to follow the rules. She finally said " Ok i understand now. It’s over with." but then she leaves a bad review. you just can't please entitled people.

We had such an amazing time! We felt very welcomed and the place was so nice and sweet and laid back. Having security there 24 hours a day 7 days a week was a nice perk and the pool and hot tub were Amazing. The condo itself could not have been cuter, and the location right there on the channel was perfect for sunrises and sunsets. We are already trying to figure out when we can get back down there!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, spotless home in Cudjoe Key. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing family getaway. Melanie was wonderful—easy to reach, accommodating, and always quick to respond. The location was perfect and the home felt welcoming and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This upscale home is meticulously maintained, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We also pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home. We even wash bedspreads every time!
The house bright and airy and comfortably furnished and looks down the canal to the open water! We even have brand new plus beds, one king size, one queen.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The home is located on a nice wide canal with direct open water access for boaters. Keep your boat right in front of the house at the beautiful concrete dock with water , power, and a fish cleaning station. there is also a bait freezer for your convenience. There are two double wide boat ramps, a marina with fuel, and a convenience store on the property. Other r boater friendly features include a pressure washer to clean up your boat an trailer and an air compressor for maintaining your tires. The use of these facilities is included with your amenities fee.
Our house is located within venture out and the amenities charge is $107.50 at the gate for the use of it’s facilities.
The fishing here is outstanding. Depending on the season, Sailfish, Dolphin, Marlin, all species of reef fish and world class Tarpon fishing.
Snorkeling and diving at Looe Key Reef, wrecks, and the back country are all readily accessible.
The property also features a private sandy beach, a large pool plus a kiddies pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball, bocce, etc. there is plenty to do while you are here.
Of course Key West has much to offer with all of it's unique festivals such as Fantasy Fest, Goombay, Goombay, Hemingway Days, etc.
Marathon has the famous Turtle Hospital and the Dolphin Research center where you can swim with the dolphins
