Imagine yourself taking in the ocean breeze at a bar height table and chairs on the balcony while staring out at the water. As you take a sip of your beverage and the sun starts to set, you can feel the soft sounds of crashing waves melting away your stress. You start to relax and adjust to ‘island time’, while pondering the most pressing decision facing you for tomorrow, “Do I want to lay by the pool or feel the sand between my toes…or both?”, followed by your next thought “Why did I wait so long to do to this?”.

This third floor condo has a larger bedroom (with a very comfortable King size bed) and balcony than neighboring units and is the PERFECT getaway spot for two adults with up to two children. From the oversized balcony, you have a direct view of the pool, hot tub, grilling area, picnic area and a fantastic view of the Ocean (be aware that roughly 80% of units in Grand Caribbean do NOT have an ocean view). If you insist on clean, professionally decorated, luxurious accommodations for your family, then you want to reserve this amazing vacation home now, before your dates are gone. This is NOT a rundown, tired, "rental unit"! The Salty Dawg at Grand Caribbean is completely remodeled, constantly upgraded and extremely well maintained. This as a first class beach getaway.

The condo has a King Bed in the bedroom and two, built in bunk beds in the main hall. The kitchen has been completely renovated with new flooring, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile backsplash. The Bathroom has been remodeled as well with tall wainscotting, a new spacious vanity with Carrera marble countertop and undermount sink and a giant "porthole" mirror. This unit also includes all of the creature comforts you should expect during your vacation: a private, high speed WiFi network, NetCom TV at both TVs (providing DirectTV service and an extensive digital library of FREE movies), a Vizio 43 inch Full-Array LED smart HDTV in the bedroom, a matching Vizio 55 inch, smart HDTV and a Blu-Ray DVD player in the Family Room (both smart TVs also provide streaming access to popular services such as Netflix, HULU, and Amazon Prime).

The property boasts a wonderful swimming pool (heated in the winter months) and a hot tub as well as a community grill area with four charcoal grills and four picnic tables. The entire complex is fenced and gated to limit access to guests and owners only. Grand Caribbean has a private gated walkway to and from the beach access. After a sunny day relaxing by the sea, there is an outdoor shower and hose provided, alongside the walkway, to rinse the salt and sand from your beach gear and yourself.

This is a non-smoking unit and, while we love our pets too, no pets are allowed in any of the vacation rental units in Grand Caribbean.
