Grand Caribbean is located gulf side, 100 yards from the beach, with private boardwalk access. Captain’s bunks built into the hallway and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area allow for extra sleeping and make Grand Caribbean an excellent value. This 700 SF ground-floor unit has a private patio with direct access to the pool and picnic area. Wood composite flooring throughout.  107 East is the ground floor with a private patio and great pool access.  The condo was completely remodeled recently.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Bathroom spotless. View of the beach from the balcony is somewhat obstructed by the building in front but the walk down the boardwalk to beach is so nice and easy--very close! Pool is nice. Property was quiet overall and we had a wonderful stay.

Amazing condo! Beach just a hop, skip and a jump away from the condo. Tje view was beautiful from the 4th floor. The pool was perfect for a swim. Thanks for sharing your condo.

The condo was exactly as described. The location was great for restaurants and beach access. This was a wonderful family friendly unit. The property management is super friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay again if ever back to the area.

Perfect for our family girls trip! Conveniently located within driving distance to Pensacola & Alabama! Condo was very clean. Washer & dryer always a plus! Bathtub is a little hard getting in & out of due to the depth of the tub. Short walk to the beach. Nice partial view of the Gulf of America! Patio furniture very nice on the balcony. This is a 4th floor condo which made for quiet nights, however it does overlook the pool area & it can be a little noisy until pool hours are over. Elevator did have an issue one day but we didn’t mind taking the stairs. Would definitely recommend.

Only complaint- it is time to replace with new boxsprings and mattress. Overall Loved the decor and amenities!We have stayed MANY times at Grand Caribbean East, first time to stay on the 4th floor and loved the view! Look forward to feature bookings.

Perfect family getaway

The condo was so cute and had everything we needed for a week of family fun and relaxation. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beach was closer than I expected and was not crowded at all our whole stay. The view from the condo was amazing. I could see and hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We walked the beach in the morning and saw dolphins playing and jumping out of the water. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful! Amazing condo overall. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice property but needs a little more TLC

Nice view from the balcony. The unit was very clean except for mold around the bathtub and the showerhead and detachable showerhead did not work well. No towel racks in the bathroom. The overall lighting is poor; could use additional lower lighting available in the living room and kitchen. The complex seems well cared for. Overall a nice place to stay and just needs a little more work!

For this location so close to the beach, the size of the condo, it was a very great value. We would stay here again!

This is our second stay in the Grand Caribbean East, but first time in this condo. We loved our stay here! The theme/decor throughout the condo was so pretty. We really liked having a view of the water from our balcony. The queen size bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
