The condo was very clean and was even stocked with some amenities. The balcony was large and very relaxing, looking over the pool and being able to see the beach. The host was nice and it was real easy to book. The condo was very quiet and very enjoyable. Would highly recommend. My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary trip very much and would stay here again.

We spent 11 days at this resort and we enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is clean, very well equipped and only a couple of minutes from an excellent beach. The pool is also very well maintained and clean.The hosts are very receptive and very willing to help, although there was not much need for that.The weather is wonderful in September in Pensacola and surrounding restaurants are quite good. We are sure we will come back.

We enjoyed our trip very much!! The room was very nice and clean!! Very close to everything!! The host was very polite and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Most definitely would recommend to anyone. Super nice place!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Only recommendation is a working light on the balcony and a fan out there. Other than that we had zero complaints and can not wait to book again next summer!!!!

The property is nice and clean, very easy check in and the host are always responsive. It’s walking distance to the beach with no roads to cross. You can’t beat the top floor!

Condo just as described and pictured. Complex is well-maintained. Check-in was a breeze and having a gate clicker was fantastic. Very affordable and a short walk to the beach. Oversized balcony was great. Very clean. Host was gracious and we were able to get early check-in. My only suggestion would be to replace all the bath towels, they’ve seen better days. Would stay here again, we enjoyed it!

Everything was great; the condo; location; pool; beach access. The owner got mixed up on our departure date and the cleaning staff showed up a day early, but he quickly corrected the mistake.

Despite the unseasonably cool weather, we had a lovely stay. The location was great and we really appreciated the restaurant recommendations by the host. Gated parking was a nice touch too. Only wished we had a more direct view of the ocean. Condo was clean and host was responsive.

Beautiful place with all of the amenities. Kitchen is very well stocked . Sam & Janet communicated everything perfectly! We will definitely be back!
