Light airy studio w/ a private entrance, private bathroom and a kitchenette in the beautiful LATERRA Resort. Laterra is in a gated community and includes the World Golf Village Spa in the lobby, and a Resort Style pool. The King and Bear Amenity Center (a 5 minute walk) includes a heated Lap Pool, a Family Pool, several tennis courts, a playground, and a brand new fitness center. The famous King & Bear Golf Course is across the street...Champions Grille, in the King & Bear is open to the public.

This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a business trip, with so much to see and do in the World Golf Village, St Augustine and Jacksonville!

Your studio is furnished with a new king bed, wifi, TV incl Netflix and Amazon, a sitting area, a private bath and a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave, kuerig, dishes and silverware etc. We supply sheets, towels, soap and shampoo.

Murabella Plaza is 1.5 miles away: contains 45 stores incl 10 restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a liquor store and more. In less than 30 minutes there are 5 beautiful beaches, historic Old Town, the World Golf Hall of Fame and so much more!

Very convenient, clean, and organized, Great communication as well. So sweet to have plenty of bottled water and coffee available. Will definitely stay there again.

It was such a nice suite. It was immaculate. The condos were in a gated community which was nice, felt very safe, the amenities were wonderful, we loved the main pool and hot tub. The owners were on site and wonderful to deal with. It is around shopping, restaurants, and not far from the beaches. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Cold water bottles in the fridge, snacks in the kitchenette, and an inviting welcome from our host! The pool and hot tub were amazing and we could not have ask for anything more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The hosts provided such thoughtful touches as water, snacks, and best of all, a nightlight in the bathroom! The community is lovely, and the pool area very relaxing. Only about a 30 minute drive to the historic area. Great stay, thank you!

Madonna and Al were the most gracious hosts and made us feel so welcome in the city they now call home. They communicated with us before our arrival, to make sure everything went smoothly, gave us a tour of the property when we arrived, and touched base with us during our stay to make sure we were content. Their condo was immaculate, ideally located in a beautiful golf community, and close to dining, shopping, and the historic district of St. Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway and, when we are back for another visit, will definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay.

Studio was very clean. Comfortable bed, great hosts who supplied extras above and beyond our expectations. Amazing golf course. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Hosts and Location

This VRBO has everything you need and the location is great. Cannot say enough about the wonderful hosts at this VRBO. They went way above and beyond.

The reason we gave Jan a 5star review is because they don't have a 6star review...Jan was a great guest...she communicated well b4 the check-in, kept the suite in prefect order and stayed in touch thru the check-out process. We would definitely love to host Jan again in the future: 5 STAR GUEST

Awesome!

A perfect place to stay in every way. Al was super to work with and the condo was so clean, quiet and quaint. Would highly recommend staying here if your travels take you t the St. Augustine area.
