Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker, We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV

The place was very clean and a short walk to all the historic downtown shops and restaurants! Parking was a huge plus ! Would definitely stay there again !

Our third time staying here.

This is our go-to place when we visit St. Augustine. It is walking distance to the Historic district with designated parking spots. Kirsten provides a clean and welcoming place to stay. When we come back to visit, we will stay with here again. :)

Amazing Experience

My family and I have stayed at this property a few years prior and decided to come. Ack for fall break. It is in a very walkable area and there is so much to do nearby. We were set to arrive right before hurricane Milton and were afraid we might need to cancel our trip. I contacted the owner and not only did she respond immediately, but she also was incredibly flexible and let us adjust our time and arrive earlier in the weekend so we were still able to have our vacation. I cannot recommend it enough.

Great stay

Very simple process. Excellent and kind communication. Rental was spotless, perfectly equipped and in a great location. Walking distance to all of historic St. Augustine. Would absolutely stay there again.

Awesome location and great property.

We spent 5 nights and love every bit. The only bathroom is located in the Main bedroom. That was not an issue for us, but could be a tiny privacy issue. We LOVED the place and the location.

Just what I needed

A friend and I spent a night in St. Augustine and this apartment was just perfect. The property was clean and just as described. It was walking distance from the historic district which is just what I wanted. It was spacious enough that I could have easily spent a longer time there. Would absolutely recommend this place.

A wonderful stay in the heart of St Augustine

A perfect spot for our family. Close proximity to St George street, Flagler College, the Basilica. The unit was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as a washer and dryer to use (located out of the unit). We would love to return sometime.

Close to historic downtown

The property was clean and within the perfect walking distance to downtown. Far enough away that noise was not a problem. Loved our stay.

Great location. Unit is ultra-clean and has very nice furniture and appointments. Met kirsten and husband Mike. Very responsive and concerned about guests have a positive experience. Wonderful place to stay

Our Secret Getaway

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed in this location but this time we rented the 2 bedroom. There are so many positive things I can share: Super cozy and you feel at home. Everything you need is there. Extremely clean. If you need there is a washer and dryer on the property (detergent provided). Very close to downtown St. Augustine, we brought our ebikes and was all over the place. The host/hostess are simply amazing. Quickly to respond, accommodating and I know I drove them crazy when we realized (before going) that I didn't schedule the full time we wanted to be there. Instead of saying no, they made it work. You will not be disappointed, we are already looking at dates again!!!!!

My family and I booked this beautiful apartment last minute. What a lucky find this was! The apartment building on the outside is absolutely beautiful and so well kept. The landscaping and beautiful crêpe myrtle trees made it so breathtaking. Then we walked inside and were blown away again! Everything is new and so clean (I am a clean freak) and there was nothing out of place & nothing unclean. Nothing was missed every detail that you look for in your home was complete. Down to the amenities and the owners have thought of everything you may have forgotten and provides complimentary items such as coffee for coffee maker and creamer, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, etc. Kirstin, the owner is an absolute sweetheart. I happen to meet her outside as she was doing outside work one morning and she’s just wonderful. You can certainly that she and her husband poured their hearts into this property. I recommend this to anyone that will listen. We left this apartment and felt sad to go. We are a family of 3 so the one 1 bathroom was not an issue. In case you are concerned with that. All the tenants were quiet and kind. Oh and there is a washer and dryer outside the unit. She even had laundry detergent for everyone! What an amazing find.
