Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker, We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV

Very close to the main street- less than a 10 min walk. A really great place to stay for a small group. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with when needed. We wild definitely stay here again!

Host was very quick to respond and pleasant. Very accurate description of apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Location-very walkable to most sites of interest. Would recommend to anyone going to St Augustine. For those not used to apt living, you can hear your upstairs neighbor walking.

Great stay!

This was my second time staying here and it was just as great as the first stay. The place is very clean, walking distance to historic downtown, and Kirsten is very responsive. Will be staying here again!
