This peaceful first-floor 1-bed 1-bathroom newly updated condo is located in the beautiful LATERRA Resort. Laterra is located in the World Golf King and Bear gated community. Enjoy a restful night after the beach or a day of golf in the California king bed. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Includes Washer/Dryer. Wireless Xfinity blast internet included. Soak up the sun outside in the private patio that opens up to the beautifully landscaped area. It's a short walk to the luxurious pool area with a Jacuzzi spa. The King and Bear Amenity Center (a 5-minute walk) includes a Heated Lap Pool, a Family Pool, several tennis courts, a playground, a fitness center, and Pickleball courts.

We have stayed at many nice VRBO's . This was by far the nicest we have ever stayed at. Kari thought of everything and was extremely welcoming and informative. We are talking about when we can come back.

Everything about this place was perfect. The host went above and beyond what was expected from toiletries in the bathroom and snack basket in the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped and very organized. The furnishings were all clean and comfortable. Communication was also excellent. I enjoyed playing a little pickleball and relaxing by the beautiful pool.

Right from the great location to the fantastic condo itself the host is on top of everything. Clean and stocked with your every needs. We have stayed here four times each time for a month and it makes the vacation a great experience. We will keep coming back.

Another wonderful stay

Have vacationed at this property several times over the years and we continue to come back because it's such a pleasant stay. The hospitality of the host is incredible. And the community is wonderful.

Excellent property, thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The condo is very roomy and comfortable… a true home away from home. It was beautifully furnished and well-stocked with items like dish and hand soaps, paper towels, etc. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly to our family and friends.

Fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay! Close enough to St Augustine to go the city daily but also far enough to be quiet and restful. The place was clean and comfy. The pool was a blast. We would visit again!

Beautiful neighborhood and condo unit

The condo was exactly as described. It was well-kept, very clean and the neighborhood amenities exceeded our expectations. It was a great home away from home during our visit to the St. Augustine area. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Christmas stay

The place was wonderful! Beautifully decorated with fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Reservation and checkin were easy thanks to great communication. They also checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was OK and see if we needed anything. Looking forward to staying there again

Recreation at its best

We were able to enjoy the heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts. Very friendly community, that we’d go back to again!! The condo and patio were just as described, and we felt very welcomed!

Nice, quiet, and peaceful

I had a great stay at this property. The property was clean and quiet, stocked with a selection of necessities in case you forgot anything, and close to a lot of shops for grocery shopping, eating, and dessert. Host was very responsive and gave clear sign in and departing instructions.

I stayed at this property for 3 weeks for business in St Augustine. It was clean, quiet, stocked with lots of essentials and nice extras. Super comfy bed!. Questions to host were answered promptly. I will stay here again if available.

My wife and I rented this property for one week while visiting family in St. Augustine. The whole check-in process was about as seamless as one could expect. The emails from the host were accurate about where to find the fob and key to enter the building. Inside the unit the owner had everything organized in great detail. Snacks were provided along with a couple of bottles of water. Coffee was available using a Keurig coffee pot with a few pods provided. The bathroom had all the personal care items one needs, including a complimentary large tube of toothpaste. Have never seen that before. Bottom line is our stay was comfortable with no issues. I would suggest that if you rent this property to arrive during daylight hours because the entrance to the driveway is a little hard to find and especially at night because of limited street lighting. Oh, I forgot to mention the community itself. It's first class with a variety of swimming pools, a Fitness Center, and a playground for kids with slides and climbing structures. We've found our getaway in the World Golf Village area! A big thank you to the owner for a comfortable stay!!Bob and Joy

Comfort and Relaxation

The condo is better than the description. The host has provided all you need for a wonderful experience. The amenities, the location, and being close to downtown is a plus. The communication with the host is immediate and everything is taken care of. We have stayed 3 times and will be back in August for another great vacation with our family.
