Location! Location! Location! Ocean front cottage, right in front of World Famous Beacons Beach. Short walk down to beach or look off the balcony and watch your friends and family surf. Or chill out in the jacuzzi and watch the waves. This property is less 400 ft away from the entrance of Beacons. Large open deck with Jacuzzi. Relax on the outdoor couch and roast some marshmallows at night over the fire. We have plenty of beach toys for you to enjoy. We are fully stocked with Surfboards and Boogie Boards. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels to lay out on. We also provide 4 beach cruisers so that you can take the family for a bike ride.

A hidden treasure

The property was clean and very welcoming. The owners were easy to contact, quick to respond, and refreshingly pleasant. Between the jacuzzi, board games, easy beach access, provided beach amenities, close stores and restaurants, breathtaking views, and so much more- our family had an amazing experience and our kids were more than entertained. We would recommend this home to anyone that asks and will definitely be staying again in the future. *We had no issues with ants and the wall ACs were more than efficient.

Great location, house is run down

Great location and great outdoor area and view of the ocean. Short walk to the beach with a steep decent and climb back up. Fourth bedroom does not have A/C and the rest are window A/C units that do not work the best. The house was clean however ants were a problem. The house needs some maintenance work done. Plumbing fixtures were loose, water filter replacement, flooring is old and run down, one of the mattresses was hard as a rock, the living room sectional is old and uncomfortable to even sit and watch a movie. Amenities were good with coffee and some drinks provided. Great TV options and games available to play. If they fixed the place up, we would stay again.

Great Family Reunion

Great property. House was clean and well equipped. Deck was fantastic with spectacular views. My daughter and her family joined us and my son and his family live close by and came over as much as they could. The grandchildren had a ball. We did all our cooking and eating there. It was a great time, everything worked and I would recommend this property as a great place to stay at the beach. The host was great as we left something behind and were able to go back and pick it up. Thanks!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful day It exceeded our expectations. There is a ping-pong table between the fourth bedroom which is a separate guesthouse which was kind of nice and wasn’t mentioned and the main house. The house had full cocks cable with Netflix and was stocked with a K cup coffee pot rice cooker and an air fryer And a wok so we had lots of cooking options. The view is spectacular we love the Jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the ocean we use the barbecue that was awesome had a little difficulty with the outdoor fireplace but it was so worth the stay. We use both beaches north and south we were not able to use Beacon beach but Still had a wonderful time the owner was amazing very accommodating and we will definitely be back again

Perfect beach getaway!

Andre’s home was absolutely perfect for our beach getaway. We are local Leucadians but wanted to be right on the water for a few days this summer and this home made us feel totally on vacation! The deck and views are amazing, the place was very clean and walking distance to all of our favorite coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Andre was super quick to respond and accommodating to any question or request. They also leave beer and wine in fridge for guests which is a nice touch! We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Spot, Very Clean

This is a perfect spot, we have stayed further down the street before and you had to walk a lot. This house is only like 100ft from beach. We took the bikes and rode everywhere. We had a great time.
