This 7-bedroom, 5 bath, 2500 square foot unit is a part of a duplex that directly overlooks the Pacific Ocean, in North County San Diego, Encinitas. The home is fully furnished and amenities a large oceanfront deck, washer and dryer, TV/DVD/Cable, full kitchen, and more! Master bedroom has gorgeous ocean views and a balcony.

THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON A BLUFF ~75 FEET UP FROM THE WATER.
THERE IS NO DIRECT BEACH ACCESS FROM THIS UNIT. BEACON'S PUBLIC PEARCH ACCESS IS A SHORT WALK (4 MIN / .2 MILES AWAY).

During your stay, this home will become yours, and your comfort and convenience is our top priority. There is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the rolling waves of the Pacific Ocean in one of the professionally decorated bedrooms. The home is stocked with everything you'll need at your fingertips - beach towels, linens - even spices and cooking gadgets. Family reunion

Such a great property for three families celebrating a reunion. Room to spread out and each family had a floor to themselves.

Amazing property!

Highly recommend this property! We had a group of 10 for a reunion of college friends and it couldn’t have been a more perfect stay. Comfortable house with everything you need for a wonderful escape to the beach.

Amazing location and view

We had 6 couples for our stay and enjoyed the house and the view so much. The rooms were really nice and everything was super clean. The location is amazing and we were able to walk to restaurants and the beach. We had a great time.

Amazing views

Amazing place for my son's proposal gathering. We have a great few days and the views were breath taking. We would choose this location again. We would also recommend this location for anyone.

Amazing views and sounds

The location was perfect, down the street from Beacons. The home was lovely with amazing views and incredible sounds of the waves crashing onto the shore. The only negative would be that the hot tub was just lukewarm, but I'd recommend this home and we would stay here again.

Really enjoyed my time at the home. The management company was responsive with my questions. It came with dish, laundry, and shower soap.

The views

Overall incredible experience at this beach front property. So Many rooms and plenty of space for our guests. The only downside is the fridge hardly kept things cold and the jacuzzi never got hot.

Great views, but close neighbors

The property is split into two units, so there was another group on the upper balcony looking down on us whenever we were on the back patio. It was a bit awkward to be that close to another group, but other than that the stay was great!

Second stay with at a Beachfront Property

Gorgeous view

Beautiful facility with plenty of rooms, bathrooms and conveniently 2 washers and 2 dryers. The kitchen and dining area opens up to the spacious terrace. The fact that the property is actually not the whole house, but parts of it (second floor and balcony is a separate rental) is a little bizarre at times. The group renting it during our stay was a little loud, but the property manager was on top of it very quickly. Overall, a very enjoyable stay for our three families.

Beautiful House

There are several great restaurants within walking distance. We found few minor things that needed upkeep, but notified Beachfront Only.

Work colleagues at Beacon's Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good stay. Place was clean and ready for the group to arrive. Check-in/out was easy, no issues. For guests to better prepared, it would be good to clarify that there is only one private bathroom and that there is no beach access except for the public access down the street. We would not have rented it for these reasons. The house could be refreshed because everything is outdated and worn.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There with a youth lacrosse team and some parents. Nice place. A bit awkwardly laid out with a smallish main living space inside but more outside. Very tight for 18 people without extra sheets or air beds available. Pretty sparse provisions. Showers have dispensers for soap/shampoo, but none provided. No sugar, detergent, dish soap either. Most places I've stayed do provide these things. Parking is tandem, so be aware of that in advance. Good location. Clean.

Encinitas 7 BR Overlooking the Ocean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for a long family weekend. Our guests ranged from 4 years to 80 years of age and everyone was comfortable. The property is as advertised; clean, spacious, with beautiful views, beach access within half a block. It has a great location, with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance, and has the Carlsbad Outlet shops and airport within 20 minutes either direction. Kitchen is well-appointed, with plenty of pots, pans, etc, and place settings for at least 18 people. The property management provided prompt communication to any question. We had a wonderful weekend, and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to house a large group of people. We would definitely use Beachfront Only in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing. The view is gorgeous. Unobstructed ocean views from the master balcony and main outdoor area downstairs. The house was clean, plenty of bath and beach towels. Portable fans in every room. Great location. Parking spaces is a little of a challenge but plenty of parking close by. We had problems with the front door lock box. The refrigerator doesn't make ice and water so bring some. No big deal. Management very good on return calls and helping with whatever we needed. I would definitely like to go back!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has rented from Beachfront only every year for 5 years now and every time we have been very satisfied and happy. This last stay was a bit distasteful due to a parking issue and a unhappy neighbor. I spoke with Beachfront only management every day of our vacation and was spyed on every day by this neighbor. Beachfront only staff was as helpful as they possibly could be but obviously did not have very much wiggle room and has to walk on eggshells, due to this neighbor. Aside from that, the property was comfortable and nice as usual. Beach access was a bit of a inconvenience as well. Thank you Beachfront Only Staff

Nice location but needs a deep cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is old and need attention and deep cleaning. Jacuzzi didn’t work for two days. Can opener broken. Toaster broken. Mold in second level bathroom. Screens on the windows very dirty. Grout on floors of the second and third levels were very dirty. Showers on the second and third floor need Ajax cleaning. Constant water leak from outdoors hose which was reported and never fixed. The other BIG problem was Beachfront saying our dogs were constantly barking. They were not. We were home with them at all times but there is a very complaining neighbor next door who complaine ALWAYS. Very anoying especially when it’s not true. You get text messages and phone calls to stop what your not doing. WeI’ll be looking for another rental nearby. Sorry to say that but the cleanliness, the dog complaints when it didn’t happen and the neighbors make us want to go elsewhere.
