Highly recommend this stay at TMS for events! We were able to be walking distance from SNW music fest and avoid HOURS of traffic exiting this venue. It was in mint condition when we arrived. Stocked with everything you could think of making it feel super homey and comfortable :)

Thank you Brian. I thank you for taking care of the additional cleaning. As you saw 1 picture of just a bit of what I encountered. Thank goodness my bookings I leave a couple days between each one. There was 14 loads of laundry, floors that I cleaned before cleaning lady, dirty dishes in dishwasher (refried beans don't smell too good). I am glad you and your guests had a good time.

We were attending an expo at the speedway and thought it would be convenient to stay in this condo, but the entire experience exceeded our expectations! Not only was it literally 30 seconds from the parking lot to the expo, but the location is also just five minutes from great shopping, dining, and entertainment. The floor plan was perfect for two, with plenty of space to accommodate more. The view of the track was spectacular, and the hosts were excellent with their communication. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have gone more smoothly. We’re so happy we found this little gem and will definitely be back!

Winner at the Speedway

This suite at TMS was exactly as described, very comfortable, and clean. We were able to stay close to the track during the Solar Car Challenge which helped the team get more rest AND enjoy a little free time at the pool. Thanks again for accommodating our group!

Excellent!

We had a great family get-away at this condo! For nascar fans - this place was fantastic! While there we got to attend a dirt track race, hopped into Fort Worth to visit the Stockyards and enjoyed the outlet mall right across the highway. The pool and tennis court was also a great way to relax (and we had it all to ourselves). Definitely want to revisit one day!

Exceeded my expectations. When I walked in I was took back by the view. Pictures of condo or view don’t do it justice. Host was very helpful with any questions and very quick to respond. I’ll definitely be staying again

Perfect unit for a family getaway.

We were headed to Fort Worth to see some friends and family over the 4th of July! This unit is clean, well organized, an amazing location, and FUN! We saw fireworks from both sides of the units for 2 nights in a row! Ray is extremely responsive and kind, We will definitely be back on our next visit!

Perfect

Once again we had a fabulous stay at Laura's condo overlooking the Texas Motor Speedway. This was our 3rd time staying in this condo while visiting the area. Everything is just as advertised - no surprises. And the communication with the host is always easy. Very grateful to Laura and her late father for hosting us all these years. We are very appreciative. Sincerely, Deborah
