Best property I’ve stayed at yet

I needed a place for me and my team on a work trip and found Kay’s place. It ended up being better than I expected. Extremely clean, all new appliances, plenty of amenities and a pool. The pool was a little cold for my team, but I am in the practice of taking cold showers every day. It was an upgrade for me to take a cold swim instead of a cold shower. Thank you Kay.

Great place to stay!

Kay's place was perfect for our visit to see relatives this holiday season. Her property is in a central location - easy to get to Southlake, Fort Worth and Arlington. The home itself was very clean and well-stocked. Really nice bedding - we all had a great night of sleep! We also appreciated the laundry room with the huge washing machine. There is a beautiful pool - it looks well-cared for; we were sorry to miss that opportunity due to cold weather. Quiet neighborhood. Kay was extremely easy to work with as well. Highly recommend! Thank you, Kay!

Master bath & back yard pictures misleading

Neighborhood exactly what we wanted. Master bath picture should show the TWO steps out of the shower and the step dividing half of the master closet. I slipped stepping out of the shower and that made the rest of my visits very difficult. The backyard weeds were knee high. The garden weeds were the view from the kitchen table.

The picture clearly shows that there is a step consisting of the shower pan. After this review which caught me by surprise since the guest never responded with any dissatisfaction throughout her stay and this truly was the first time that this property has ever received such a negative review (which can be verified on any platform it is listed on), for quite a few years. That there is another step from the part of the bathroom where the sink is, is truly less visible in the picture but it has never even crossed my mind and never has been an issue both because there it is in front regardless of any picture and never caused an issue before, and because the second bathroom in the house has no steps at all, and is also wide enough for people who struggle with mobility and can also seat on the bench inside. To go on and say that this was intentionally misleading? Or that the back yard hundreds of reviews rave about too, those picture too were misleading? I can only hope to make my guests happy and I am trying to do the best I can. Clearly this guest chose to complete her stay at the house not asking to check out early, nor mentioning any issue, misleading or not, and out of the blue left a dishonest review that is blaming me and my reputation for trying to mislead her. I believe that people with a strong common sense will see through this review .

Great space for a family

We were using this property as a home base while we visited family and friends all around the DFW area. The location was perfect for bouncing between Euless and Keller. The house itself was wonderful for our kids. It was too cold for them to swim in the pool while we visited, but it was pristine and they loved it. They had a blast winding down at night playing with the corn hole set and finding lizards in the backyard. We appreciated the layout, with the master across the house from the other two bedrooms. And the kitchen was well-appointed. We will absolutely look for this property again whenever we're planning a visit to the area.

What a great location

Kay's Hut was everything we wanted, clean, central location for our activities, and what a fantastic host. We felt like we were at the Westin the way we were catered to. Kay left us beautiful welcome package for us to snack on. The backyard with the pool and a bonus fire pit worked out so well. We were very happy we choose Kay's property. Would definitely book again.
