Beautiful, roomy, sunny 2BR, 2 BA old style Florida beach house and only 200 yards to beautiful Lido Beach. Short, easy walk to all the shops and dining at St. Armand's Circle. Relax on the front porch or in the courtyard out back. 2 bikes provided, ride to Lido Key Park or St. Armand's Circle in less than 5 minutes. Everything you need for the beach is included, just pack your suitcase and enjoy the sunsets. Take the free Bay Runner Trolley from the beach to downtown Sarasota and have your groceries delivered from Publix and you will have no need for a rental car!
Note: Lido Key does not allow dogs on the beach. There is a small beach on Bird Key nearby that is dog friendly.
Need more space? Ask about the availability of the darling guest house.

Excellent locution in close proximity of the beach. Appealing home with a beachy vibe and all amenities provided. Well-maintained and clean. Will definitely be returning!

Great little Beach Bungalow

Really nice time! The house was very well stocked with any thing you could have possibly needed. Very clean! Good parking! Amazing location, less than a block to the beach and a short walk to St.Armands Circle! No need to ever move your vehicle! Wonderful

We had an amazing stay again this year. We stayed for two weeks this time and the time just flew by everything in the house was beautiful. Everything we needed was there couldn’t ask for a better place to stay really close to the beach just one block away and also had a swimming pool next to the Lido Beach Pavilion, that was accessible Communication with the owners was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Charming Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful stay in this adorable cottage. The home was very well stocked, anything that we may have needed was there for us. Laveda was so nice and available for any questions we had. Looking forward to our next visit there!

A First Class Experience

LaVeda was the perfect host, could not have asked for anything more. The house was clean, well-stocked and perfectly located within walking distance of the beach and St Armands Circle. I will definitely be back for future visits and will rent this house again and you should too! You will not be disappointed.

Great Vaca. We highly recommend this house

This cottage is exactly as you see in the photos. It is cute. It is comfy. It’s in a great location. We felt safe. We were walking distance to many”things to do” Our communication with owner was 100% quick & positive. We had no issues/problems. We would choose this house again. We had an amazing vacation. Thank you to the owners!!

What a wonderful retreat

The home that our family got to share was wonderful. It was exactly as described on the VRBO page. The homeowner was always gracious and very quick to respond to my questions. It was the best vacation that we have ever had and cannot wait to go back again next year. The location was terrific, and it became our home away from home. Having coffee early in the morning on the front deck was especially memorable. Thank you so very much for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful

The entire house was spotless and very well stocked with anything we needed. Beautifully decorated and beds were dreamy. Short walk to beach or we could drive and park at the pool area and enjoy both beach and pool along with snack bar 😀 Can’t wait to return depending on moms health. She wants to stay longer next visit.

Great find on Lido Beach

This house was amazing! I've never rented one so well stocked! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets if you get cold! So close to the beach and shopping! I would totally recommend this house.

Hot summer 2023

We had a good stay loved the house very comfortable. The only thing missing was a TV in the king size bed room. Definitely going to try to stay there next year as well.

Perfect Everything!

We were in Sarasota for a Sprint Canoe competition at Nathan Benderson Park but wanted to be close to the beach. This was the perfect location. We had every amenity at our fingertips along with the comfort of a spacious beach house to accommodate my teen son and I. The hosts are amazingly wonderful and responsive. I hope to visit again soon!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our family greatly enjoyed our week stay at this cozy property! The location can’t be beat!! Easy walk to the beach and the property had all amenities of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys etc. St. Armand’s Circle was close by with restaurants, shopping, live music and my teenager loved hanging out at the Arcade! Home was very clean & well stocked with everything you need. LaVeda was excellent to communicate with me. Thank You for a great stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Lido Beach Stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed this home as it’s location was perfect. The beach was a very short walk and our teenagers enjoyed the morning walks to the circle for their coffee drinks. The home had ample living space and the front porch was perfect to relax on. The beds were comfortable and the blinds darkened the rooms at night. The home was well stocked, including beach supplies.

Great Cottage by Lido Beach!

We had a wonderful 9 night stay near Lido Beach! The cottage is clean, nicely furnished, well appointed and well stocked, perfectly located, comfortable, bright and airy. We live in rural Indiana, but enjoy spending time in Lido Key, Gatlinburg and Nashville. After a lifetime of social work, we are looking forward to some down time. For now, our grand kids are keeping us busy and young at heart.
