The apartment was as described and exceeded expectations. Everything was of great quality and felt like staying at a friend's, not a rental. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment at The Grandview in Geneva was a peaceful retreat! The accommodations, host responsiveness, and thoughtful touches made our stay very relaxing. With close proximity to Geneva on the Lake, it is a short drive to wineries, parks, and many attractions. The beautiful view of The Grand River from this property provides a peaceful oasis for the guests!

Everything was immaculate. Friendly and inviting. The views are spectacular morning and night. Watching sunrise with a cup of coffee and watching flocks of birds off the river. Then daylong winery trips to all the nearby venues. Quiet peaceful stay.

Amazing and tranquil

Property was great! Clean, well maintained, quiet…the perfect retreat for couples. The hosts were great with communications, gave great recommendations for local food and shopping, and the property was perfectly located near all the highlights of the area. Will definitely keep on the list anytime we’re back in the area.

Absolutely lovely, private and picturesque B&B apartment. Loved the setting surrounded by gardens and overlooking the Grand River. Enjoyed both the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that Robert and Ruby have created for guests to enjoy. Plan to return again anytime we are in the area!

We had a great 3 day getaway at Grandview. Communication with Robert was perfect the whole time. He suggested some wineries, restaurants, golf and all worked very well for us. The unit is very nice, well decorated and very clean. It was very well equipped with everything you need and some. We will definitely consider his unit if we head back to GOTL!

We stayed at Grandview in June 2022, and this time was just as wonderful as the first time. Robert continues to be an exceptional host, with timely and appropriate communications. We were happy to be able to see him briefly for a quick chat upon check in. The property is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is complete with all we needed and, although we did not choose to prepare meals other than breakfast, we would have been able to do so with the full refrigerator, full gas stove, microwave, dishes, pans, utensils and dishes. We did enjoy the use of the hot pot, complete with options of different temperature settings for tea, and the french press. We enjoyed the thoughtful snacks. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom had features I have come to appreciate through many travels: full tub with a shower with great water pressure and a hand-held fixture; the tub and toilet are in a separate space from the sink, making it convenient for two getting ready. We look forward to a return visit to Grandview!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Grandview, extremely clean, beautiful views. Lovely floral arrangements in very room. Drinks in the fridge and snacks too! Bed was very cozy and comfy. Close to all the wineries. Can’t say enough about how great our stay was...

Excellent place to stay

Robert and Ruby are excellent and the apartment is top notch. You will not find anything better in the area. Beautiful property, great views, super friendly couple and spared no expense on the amenities supplied. Definitely recommend! Thanks for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Picturesque view, lovely decor, spotless, and even better than the images could possibly reflect. Out hosts went above and beyond to ensure that we had an extremely easy check in process. They made themselves available to answer any questions we had and provided fabulous recommendations for dining, touring, and entertainment in the area. Highly recommend! You will NOT be disappointed.

Robert and Ruby were exceptional host and hostess. Their property is a beautiful haven of serenity.

It was very easy to book. Robert kept everything easy as far as directions. He and Ruby were so welcoming and very accommodating. We would love to return again sometime in the future. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Peaceful and magical stay in the winery district

This was definitely a rare gem we found. Our hosts were attentive and caring the whole weekend. The landscape was amazing so peaceful. My husband and I were on an anniversary trip and they picked up on that and even left us a special something! I have already recommended it to our friends. We will definitely be staying here again.

Grandview Retreat

My family stayed from Friday to Sunday great place to have a relaxing quiet getaway. If you are in town to explore the vineyards..excellent place to stay! It’s close to all vineyards or distilleries. I would have loved an outdoor space to go at night ..I think the area that had the swing along the Grand River would’ve made a great place to have a fire pit and outdoor space for your guests as well!!

Wine Weekend

As a local NE Ohio musician, it's not always prudent to play an event and then do the requisite tear down, pack/load out and then drive an hour+ back home. Fortunately my wife and I found Robert and Ruby Keyerleber at The Grandview in Madison! Their property was absolutely perfect! We stayed two nights on a beautiful July weekend and the accommodations couldn't have been better! Robert and Ruby were perfect hosts and made our stay easy, comfortable and just a joy for the weekend! They offered a plethora of information regarding local venues to visit, making our time in the area truly special! We hope to return soon!

What a wonderful experience!

From start to finish, this host and property. far exceeded my expectation. Beautiful grounds with amazing floral beds, the scenic view of the Grand River to sit and enjoy morning coffee, and impeccable suite furnished tastefully with decor from their travels. A fully furnished kitchen with snacks, a bottle of wine, fruit. Such thoughtful attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We intend to stay again in March for the Ice Wine festival. You won't be disappointed! Thanks Robert and Ruby!
