Great Stay!

Very comfy place very clean everything you need highly recommend it. We had a great time if you’re trying to fish for trout make sure that you bring mini marshmallows and get some wax worms that will help.

Great place to stay

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Everything about this rental is perfect, including the fishing. Caught 36 rainbows off the dock on my stay.

The gem of a house on the Little Red River was perfect for our family this past weekend! My husband, son and daughter in law, and their 2 babies (under 3) were so comfortable in this cosy house! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept better than at home! The A/C works great too and there were thermostats downstairs and upstairs. The bathrooms were spacious and the towels and linens were top notch. The Owner was so responsive and made check-in and out so easy. We will definitely stay here again!!

Well kept place. We only were able to stay a few days but if we were to go back to the area i would definitely stay there again

Great Vacation

I have stayed at this property three years in a row. This is a great place to go and relax while catching many trout. House is very nice , has everything you need and I will book again next year.

Nice quiet place

Nice quiet place to get away. The dock is convenient with a great fish cleaning station. This place has a great view and was very clean.

An amazing property inside and out. I would definitely give 10 rating. Michael is the perfect host. Cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in Heber Springs.

Great river getaway!

Cozy, clean and very comfortable beds! Had everything you need in the kitchen and lots of other amenities (including a s'mores kit that my daughter loved)! Beautiful scenery from the dock!

We had a great trip. House had everything we needed and more. Home and host were both exceptional. We all caught fish from the dock. The whole family really enjoyed it and we will definitely come back.

Michael is a great host! The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. It's the best location for trout fishing—we caught over twenty trout, exceeding our expectations. We had an awesome stay. Amazingly, there were no mosquitoes or flies outside the house, even in the middle of summer..

Cleanest VRBO ever

My wife I were looking for a peaceful weekend getaway and their place exceeded our expectations. Quiet and peaceful setting on the banks of the Little Red River and is absolutely immaculate inside and out. Everything we need for our weekend of R & R was available in the home.

We had the BEST Fourth of July weekend here! There were 4 adults and 3 kids under 10, and this house was absolutely perfect for our group.The yard and dock were a dream for the kids. They spent hours running, exploring, while the adults relaxed and fished. We ended up catching 6 trout over the weekend, which was definitely one of the highlights!The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun, stress-free stay. The house was overly prepared compared to other homes we have stayed in. They truly thought of everything! We loved spending our mornings with coffee by the water and our evenings watching the kids play outside by the firepit.If you’re looking for a place to unwind, fish, and make memories with family or friends, this is it. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Percect weekend getaway for fishermen with family.

We had no issues on our stay. Communication with the host was great. Easy check in and check out. The house was clean, well organized, and in great shape. The dock is big and great for fishing and hanging out. We plan to stay here again.

Lil Red River

Where we stayed was nice and cozy... really comfortable setting. A good quality tv with surround sound, which I really enjoy... being away from home. Enjoy being on the deck, spent a lot of time there. Peaceful and quiet stay.

Great house! Great fishing!

I picked this house because so many of the reviews mentioned catching fish. We caught a ton of rainbows from the dock and had a great time. The house is very nice and very thoughtfully prepared for guests.

Great location and awesome house!

This is one of the best houses I have stayed at on the river. It’s located on a great fishing spot with a big dock with shade. The house itself was very clean and perfect for me, my sons, and my Dad. Mike was excellent to work with as well. Will definitely come back!

Family vacay

This place is great! It’s very cozy and comfortable, it doesn’t take long to feel right at home. There were 5 of us and stayed 6 nights, plenty of seating inside and out. The view was amazing! Perfect spot on the river! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Would love to come back one day!
