Beautiful property with an amazing view. Quiet and peaceful area but not too far from everything. The layout of the home is definitely unique! The host was great. It was stocked with spices and other essentials, which was great! We would stay again!

Super fun place to stay at! Tons of things to do on the property. You also have some great restaurants near by. Second time staying here and I loved it just as much as the first time.

Great place with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Very clean, well equipped and close enough to Chattanooga to easily get to see all the sights but tucked out of the way just enough to make relaxing easy.. Communication was super easy as was checking in and out. Will definitely be going back!

Listing was accurately listed! We had a beautiful time even with terrible weather. We had breaks in the rain long enough that we were able to tube, kayak, and fish. During rain we had tv, video games and board games. The house perfect and we hope to stay again.

We loved this home! The basement was cold but we all just wore our jackets so we could play all the cool games that were there. Having the river and dock was so nice. I do wish there was more seating in the living room area. Several of the stools were broken and not safe to sit in. I would stay here again!

We absolutely LOVED this place! The things that they provide for you is next level! Soaps, shampoos, conditioners, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, candles, coffee, creamers, a cabinet full of seasonings, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, fishing poles, lures, kayaks, a canoe, firewood, charcoal.. I’ve stayed at a lot of places and this was truly impressive! Their kitchen is well stocked BUT if you have a large family and will need a large pot to cook in.. I would bring one. The location is amazing! The basement/game room is super cool and perfect for family fun.. there’s something for every age group in there! We will definitely return!

This waterfront property was great for our extended family. We fished, swam, & kyacked off the dock. The kids loved the game room. The screened decks all have great views of the river and mountain.

Lovely view!!

We enjoyed staying here. The view of the river from the house was beautiful and the basement game room was very neat- it had a boulder as part of the wall!
