Whatever the occasion, a weekend getaway, a new WFH location, family vacation, girls’/guys trip, Destination Destin is the perfect retreat.
Drive up to an oceanfront resort with security on premise. Grab your parking pass and wrist bands, drop your luggage, and be prepared for some fun and rest and relaxation.
Start your vacation by entering a luxurious, spacious, and modern oasis. With a king in the primary, twins in the secondary and a queen-size pull-out couch, and two full bathrooms, this condo is for the whole crew to enjoy.
What’s next?
The first pool, hot tub and gym are just a floor below. 3 pools and private beach (yes, of course you can rent chairs and umbrellas), is just a 3-minute walk down a boardwalk away from cars.
Grill your dinner poolside. Our fully equipped kitchen, snack bar, and favorite grocery store across the street means you never have to leave the complex when you need to refuel.
Need a break from cooking? As foodies ourselves, our guests love our recommendations and map of our favorite nearby restaurants which you can easily walk to. Believe me, you are in for a treat! From seafood, to Italian, to Mexican, sushi, to fast food, to the best frozen custard you will ever eat, you can surely find places your whole group will love.
The next morning, start your day by sitting on the porch and sipping your coffee while listening to the fountain or getting a workout in the gym. The beach calls. Walk along Destin’s endless white sand beaches, grab a boogie board to enjoy the waves or build a sand castle with our closet full of beach toys. There is also The Big Kahuna Water Park across the street as well as its 54-hole miniature golf course.
We have a washer/dryer in the unit for easy beach and pool clean up.
Need a day out of the sun? Destin Commons is our favorite spot with upscale stores, a delicious food court, and a bowling alley.
We also come here for a mix of work and play. Enjoy high speed wifi and a huge work space.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at the condominium. Everything was wonderful! The communication was excellent, and the hosts were very professional and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated - exactly as pictured. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had (which were few because she provided us with lots of helpful information in advance). Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The checkout process was very easy, too! Can’t say enough good things about this spot!

Excellent stay! We hadn't been to Destin in five years, and my wife had been wanting to come back. We booked this condo and couldn't have been happier with our choice.The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The beds were great, and everything was exactly as described. As a thoughtful touch, Ellen even left cookies for us to enjoy after our long flight, which was greatly appreciated.We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely stay here again. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Destin with your family, I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed the view of the lake and the pool. The condo was clean and well stocked with what we needed for the stay.

Homey, comfortable and quiet and safe place located in an area of gated communities. Easy walk to clean beach and walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores. Close drive to shopping areas, pontoon boat rentals, tours, and local parks. Having a view of the pool from the windows and balcony was a plus. The hosts are very thoughtful and well organized with clear communications and suggestions of places to go in the area. We had a great time with our teens/college aged family and would definitely stay here again.

Extremely comfortable place to stay!
We loved the condo! Very clean and well taken care of! The owners were very good to message and answer questions. Our kids are begging to go back for our next beach trip!

Lovely vacation
Gary and Ellen were the perfect hosts for our beach vacation. The condo was in a great location with access to the beach, pool, restaurants, and shopping. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here!

Loved everything about the place
Destin was a great place to visit, the condo was close to everything. The weather was not the best when we was there but we made the best of it.

Perfect stay!
Grounds are clean and well maintained- palm trees all about they are beautiful! Condo was very clean and cozy! View of the pool and lake were very nice from the balcony! Resort is easy to get in and out of - thought it was just perfect!

We had been to Destin numerous times mostly during spring break and we always love it. We're from Atlanta so being landlocked, we especially appreciate the white sand beaches. After living in California and Florida, it is something that we crave. Our building, the Terrace, is quiet and offers beautiful sunset views, the lake with its fountains lit up at night and fireworks seen from our balcony. Our housekeepers are amazing, keeping our condo spotless and smelling fresh. We enjoy sharing our oasis with numerous guests, welcoming them with cookies or popcorn, many of whom return every year.

Winn Dixie and Target are both a few blocks away for any shopping. The Locale Market offers mouthwatering Southern style breakfast; lunch at the condo, at the Pelican Beach care or tiki bar or for pizza or a salad or sandwich next door at Lone Wolf Pizza; and delicious seafood dinner down the street at the famous Back Porch, Mimmo Restaurante Italiano or Harbor Docks on the Bay. We have had numerous careers but are now a realtor, a designer and an e-commerce specialist. All three of us love this unit, with its beautiful views, updated kitchen and baths and lovely decor. Over the past several years that we have owned it, we have collected special art, dinner wear and linens, further enhancing its visual appeal. It is perfect for any group but we especially like kids so we supply lots of beach toys, ocean themed puzzles, books and magazines. We can't wait to share it with our family, friends and you!
