We are located directly across the street from beach with a private beach access gate. The property has a large swimming pool, tennis courts and volleyball court on site. It is a 2 Bedroom condominium that sleeps 4; master bedroom has a King Bed and Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds .

My husband and i loved the apartment. Location is great with a bar right below and the beach accross the street. We loved hanging out on the porch with beautiful views in between beach and pool. Definitely recommend this property!

The host was exceptionally welcoming when there was an issue with the door. The maintenance workers in the building were gracious in aiding in assisting with whatever was needed. I thank the host and crew for their kindness and all the small details of making the vacation outstanding.

The condo was clean and updated. The beds were quite comfortable. Beach was only a couple of steps away. An outdoor shower was available to rinse off after the beach visit. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.We will gladly use this property for future vacations. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week in Destin at this condo. I actually think it looks nicer in person than it does in the photos on VRBO. We didn't want to leave!

Parking was awesome. Beach view was fine but on the backside of the condo. The condo was incredibly well furnished and super cute. Loved my stay and can’t wait to come back. Dina was an awesome host and available to help whenever I had any questions.

Pictures were taken from a different building than our unit was actually in. Had a beach view but from across the street between other buildings. Really thought we were on the beach. There are no hangars whatsoever in unit. Had 2 washcloths and towels in bathrooms. It was a nice place though. Also, dishwasher would not fully open because of handle on the cabinet door.

as I recall, we gave you an upgrade to a three bedroom unit. That’s why the pictures were not the same as a unit that you rented but I’m very glad that you said that you liked it and it was beautiful because we have just renovated it. In the future, just text me when you come again and we have housekeeping Bryan more towels or anything you need we like to keep our guest happy. Hope to see you again soon.

The stay was great, we were able to check in early. The host was quick to respond to us. I thought we would be more on the beach or have a better view of it, and the laundry was right on the same hallway which was convient you do have to pay to do the laundry though. I thought that was included in the living area we were in. Had a great time though. Beach was beautiful!

My only disappointment was that I thought the property was on the beach, not across the street. You get no up-close water views and sounds. However, beach access was very convenient and the umbrella service was excellent.

We loved staying here! The property was exactly as pictured, and Destin beaches are amazing! The host was always very prompt to respond to any questions we had and very easy to work with. I also appreciated that the public areas of the building were always very well maintained and cleaned. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Easy check in and great communication with the host! Kitchen was fully equipped. They had paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, bar soap and some toilet paper available which was greatly appreciated! Plenty of beach & pool toys. Super close to the beach! Easy walk for families with little children. The pool was enjoyable. The grounds were kept very nice! There’s a small coffee place right next door. Walking distance to The Crab Trap Restaurant and Captain Dave’s. We will definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed the condo. Perfect size for my family (myself and 2 teenagers). We enjoyed the easy beach access and walking distance to Pompano Joe’s ( one of our favorite restaurants).

I am a beachcomer and love this area of Florida. We have friends and family that come to vacation with us here so it made since to invest. The enclave has had a facelift and this unit was completely renovated. It has a new kitchen and baths with designer decor. It is stunning!

This property is located directly across the beach with great gulf views and in the heart of Destin. It is an upscale neighborhood; next door to Destiny by the Sea with beautifully landscaped grounds and a sidewalk for strolling along the coast.

Our resort has tennis courts, large deep water pool (heated in winter), 3 grills with picnic table and volley ball on location here. There is a 8 mile walking, biking, or jogging path in front of condo.
