Renovated 3 bed/3 bath contemporary condo, with incredible views from every window. Unit-wide terrace overlooking peaceful and private Cowpet Bay, St. John and Great St. James.

Take in the spectacular views from your 1400 square foot three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking condo overlooking beautiful Cowpet Bay. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing, fun getaway. The living area has an extra large sectional sofa, a 40-inch TV, and complimentary wireless internet service. It has an extra large covered terrace with outdoor dining/lounging space that comfortable seats six. Inside, you have three oversized king bedrooms with hotel linens, each with their own private full bath and towels. All have AC, individual ceiling fans, large TVs and closets with hanging space. Two suites have open ocean views and access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen features all expected appliances (refrigerator, oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer), plus utensils, and additional dining space for six.

It only takes 30 seconds to walk to the beautiful palm tree lined beach where there are complimentary beach and lounge chairs. Here you can bask in the sun or lay in the shade of a palm or seagrape tree. The beach has a large protected swimming area and an area where you can snorkel. Next to the beach is a large beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub. There is also a great bar and restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market, serving dinner and drinks.

In the buzzing nearby town of Red Hook, you can take a ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (passport required). The town has a great mix of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a fully stocked grocery/liquor/wine store, gift and specialty boutiques, plus a large marina for all your fishing/charter needs. All of this within a mile of the condo.

Excellent location- close to Red Hook!

Property manager was great- very attentive! Plenty of room for all worked out great. Close to the beach and bar. Need a few more basic soaps, Shampoo and starter coffee….

Great Family Vacation

This unit was perfect for our family vacation. It was just as listed online. We had two adults couples and 3 children in the unit, and it was the perfect size. The location was great. We liked that we were away from the Cruise Ship Crowds. It's close to Redhook, the ferry to St. John's, lots of nice restaurants and beaches. The beach area was nice and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend others to book this unit.

Spectacular Christmas Holiday in St. Thomas for Family of 5

As our first trip to USVI, we were blown away by the beauty of St. Thomas and St. John! Our accomodations were PERFECT - easy walk to the beach and snorkling right there at Cowpet Bay! We say stingray, huge colorful fish and an octopus. Our kids ages 18,21 and 22 had plenty of space and room at the condo and the beds were comfy. Using the car that the condo offered was a "must". Everything is close by BUT there are no sidewalks and driving is on the other side of the road. We stocked up at the grocery store for breakfast and drinks and ate out for lunch and dinners. The hosts were very responsive and we had everything we needed. It was a fabulous trip and we will definitely be back! Thank you! Thank you!

The Best Experience

The host was very communicative early in the rental process. Very helpful and positive. This property is a gem. A lot of space to live in and entertain. Highly recommend. Hoping to come back sometime in the near future.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

The condo was perfect for out family of 5. The three bedrooms were spacious & the place was clean and well equipped. It was nice to have a few beach chairs, cooler, and snorkeling gear. There was even some reef safe sunblock. We enjoyed cooking on the recteq grill/smoker!! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We walked down to the beach and pool where there are two restaurants and a bar. Redhook was a short drive away; shopping, restaurants, and the ferry to Saint John are located here. We had an amazing trip and would stay here again!!

Great stay

As described. John was very responsive. The condo is close to the beach, had a great view, and had everything we needed, including snorkeling gear, beach chairs and coolers (which saved us a lot of money on rentals). It is very close to several beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place to stay

This location is exactly as many have described. The condo has ample room for six adults. The living area is comfortable, and the bedrooms allow everyone some privacy. It was great to be able to access the beach so easily; we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets there, relaxation and rest. It is close to Red Hook, which has many good restaurants and markets (10 min drive). The host and manager were both accessible and responsive. Enjoy!

Perfect location

We loved our stay in St Thomas. It was a perfect slow down that our family was looking for!! This condo was amazing. My kids loved having a king sized bed all to themselves. The condo has a beautiful beach/ ocean view with two restaurants and a tiki bar named Rico’s on the property. We went from the beach to the pool with ease. We would absolutely stay here again. John was very responsive and attended to all of our questions!

Great location/views/amenities

Pros - (many) great location - amazing sunset views from the balcony - top notch dining on-site - resort amenities but condo privacy - having a vehicle available to rent - close to ferry/shops/dining - having a full bathroom for each bedroom Cons - (minor) the fridge had a water/ice dispenser but it wasn't hooked up - water pressure during peak times was a little low - sliding doors were a little hard to lock Overall it was a great stay and I would certainly return again - make sure to take at least one day to go to St. John the beaches are next level!

Family Time

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a perfect spot. It was very relaxing. It could use some updates inside. Outside spot could use some updating, with sitting area and not so many grills. It is a cute little area.

We r not happy at all was the worse her 1k we spent our check in was at 4pm we didn’t arrived to the property until 6pm when we got there the cleaning ladies were just there. Everything was dirty no soap in the bathrooms towels dirty blankets dirty we slept with our clothes on top of the sheets they had hair in it and blood stains. The manager of the property was rude told us she doesn’t manage the property anymore and gave us another number the woman was worse told us “hey is life that happens deal with it” just go hang out to a restaurant come back later. Like really are we suppose to leave our bags with people working there that don’t even speak English? Was a mess I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Tropical birthday celebration.

My family of seven planned this trip to celebrate two of our birthdays. The property was just as advertised. Beautiful area. Despite bad weather, we still managed to enjoy ourselves, and we were checked on to make sure we were safe. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. The only complaint was that the WiFi was very spotty (often had to rely on personal Hotspot) and the ROKU TV system was difficult to navigate and worked intermittently. Definitely needed a car, and rented a large one to accommodate us. Having a smaller one would have been easier and less scary on the narrow, curvy, steep roads. Beautiful area with gorgeous flowering plants, and the children loved the lizards! Snorkeling excursion with stops at areas in St John was the highlight of our trip.

A wonderful space and perfect location - we will be back!

The condo is very spacious and comfortable! The new kitchen worked well and we ate many meals on the patio. The new king sized beds were super comfy (2 rooms). We LOVED the location. Walked to the beach and to the yacht club (need to be members) every day for recreation. The proximity to Red Hook was perfect. John responded quickly to our questions and the local property manager was quick to help us with anything that came up.

As Described and Close to Beaches

The house is clean and spacious for a big family with the kitchen stocked with almost everything you need. Rooms and beds were fine. The communication with the property manager/owner was easy and fast. The location of the property is about 20-30 minutes away from town, in a very quiet area. However, all the beautiful beaches are closed by. You can find restaurants and grocery stores within 5 to 10 minutes drive. The property shares the beach/swimming pool with the Elysian Resort next door. You can either walk down a few flights of stairs (can be tiresome) or you can drive your car to the resort (very convenient and quick). However, I find the beach at Elysian Resort was ok, nothing special. Secret Harbor Beach or other beaches nearby were much better. Make sure you look up the cruise ship schedule and avoid going to the some beaches when the ships arrived.

Couples Getaway!

Beautiful area ! We loved having our 3 separate rooms with 3 bathrooms! That’s amazing to get 3 bathrooms ! Haha. Price was such a good deal for the week! We were able to book this trip a week out due to a change in vacation location (natural disaster). But anyways… We enjoyed beach hopping, the pool/ hot tub and the sangria restaurant was a common hangout for us! I enjoyed being 2 minutes away from Red Hook. We took the car ferry there and indulged in some delicious food at Red Hook! I think we will be back again one day… but maybe bring the kids along. Haha.

Family Vacation 2023!!

Our stay was another wonderful and beautiful stay on the island! This was our first time staying at this property and as always, we thoroughly enjoyed our time, as it goes by so fast! There were 7 of us-5 adults and two children(15 & 10) We had plenty of room for all of us. Thank you Brittany for being so accommodating! She was so sweet and responded immediately when we had a question or two! The condo is exactly as it shows in the pictures! The beach on the property was beautiful. We rented the car (highly recommend if you want to freely travel around the island or take the car ferry over to St. John) It was an easy quick drive to RedHook from the condo!

Condo

The condo was nice and we had plenty of space for the 5 of us. However, the lights on the back deck were out. We tried to replace them with no luck. Couldn't sit out there at night or early morning to read. No ice machine. Nothing to handwash dishes with, so we bought a sponge. It was quite a hike up and down the stairs to the beach which we were not aware of. My sister whose health is compromised needed a lot of assistance. Overall we had a very nice time. Bathrooms need some updating.

Wonderful Trip/Perfect Place to Stay

Property was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We really appreciated the space this condo provided for our family to enjoy for the week. Location was excellent with just a short 5 minute drive to Red Hook but still tucked away for peace and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised at how thick the walls were as we never once heard the neighbors even though we knew they were there. Some reviews mentioned the amount of stairs to the pool/beach, we opted for this one for the balcony views and found that we simply drove to the pool around the corner so was never an issue or a big deal. The quiet balcony view was worth it. We did add on the offered Ford Explorer which was a great decision on our part. Half way through the trip we had an issue with one of the tires and when I reached out to Brittany, she responded prompted and was able to get it fixed immediately without us missing a beat on our vacation. These things happen and I'm very appreciative with the professionalism used in quickly fixing the issue. This won't be our last trip to the island and we will definitely look to be a return visitor of this property or if unavailable, then one of their other listings.

We're John & Ali, a Real Estate Developer and Interior Designer from Scotland and Seattle respectively. John's travelled extensively throughout the world and met Ali in Hollywood, CA. Ali works in NYC making the world prettier one room at a time. They have a baby son daughter and a small mini-dachshund called Fin.

This is actually our fourth condo in St Thomas. Our friends and family love it here so much, we keep needing more room! From the turquoise ocean and the incredible sunset views, to the lush vegetation that grows on the island, we are head over heels in love with St. Thomas. The climate is great and the people that live here are the friendliest and most laid back you'll find.

The best thing about this space is the view. It's just breathtaking, and the terrace gives you true indoor/outdoor living space. The condo is spacious, so no one feels cramped which is ideal when trying to relax. And the complex has everything you need, really no reason to leave!
