Nestled on a 5 acre avocado orchard in east AG, this newly renovated and exquisitely furnished log cabin-style (upstairs above garage) apartment includes a full kitchen, washer / dryer, TV and a queen size bed. While in season, help yourself to tangerines, oranges and avocados from the property!

It’s 3 miles to downtown Arroyo Grande village, 6 miles to Pismo Beach, 8 miles to the San Luis Obispo airport, 11 miles to downtown San Luis Obispo and 14 miles to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Convenient proximity to countless wineries, hiking, biking, beaches.

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay! The rental was absolutely beautiful, and we loved everything about it! We also spent a lot of time in the sitting area outside and found it very peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

Peaceful quiet stay for visiting Hearst with pup

Very nice quiet and safe neighborhood. The place is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Keep in mind the steps and no AC. The provided fan was a huge relief. Perfect spot to visit Pismo, Hearst, and rest up for a long drive back to Ohio. We were able to do laundry, cook up some burgers and chicken on the provided propane grill also pizza, and chili & spaghetti for our cooler for the 4 day trek back home. If you’re used to country living like us this is the place for you. Thank you Jason & Tricia!

Cottage-Like Apartment in the Sky

This was a great place to stay near SLO. We enjoyed the comfort and quiet of the room and property respectively. The views from the windows are nice.

Thoughtful

It appears they did a lot of extra research before making this available. It was all the little personal touches that makes this a must stay again destination. We want to book this again next year or even earlier on a whim if possible! The bed was very comfortable!

Green, Starry stay close to everything!

We did a long-term stay here for a few weeks with our fur babies and enjoyed the space and stay very much. The Vrbo was well stocked, we had enough paper supplies, soap, etc. for the entire stay. The hosts were kind and respectful, and sent us home with many delicious avocados!

Quiet time on the ranch

We had a very nice stay at this very well appointed apartment. It was a quiet slice of ranch land/horse country- and an easy drive to wineries. This property was extremely well decorated, private and clean. Owner lives next door and is very respectful of privacy and needs. We recommend this property.

Absolutely love this place!

We loved the location of this rental. It was in the Edna Valley, which has quite a few wineries. It is very close to Pismo, Beach and San Luis Obispo, which are great places to go for food and beach and everything else. The home itself is decorated so cute. I think it’s one of my favorites if not my favorite, it is well appointment. There was nothing that was forgotten. Tricia and Jason were amazing hosts and gave us great information of what is around the area. I would go back again in a heartbeat. This place is so cute.

Great Stay!

My husband and I, along with our pup had a great stay while in town for a wedding in SLO. The apartment is perfect for 2 with modern furnishing, equidistant to SLO and Pismo, and it was easy to get to everything from the apartment by car.

Central Coast Getaway

This is an amazing property that we felt so lucky to be able to stay at. Very dog friendly and relaxing to be at. We wish we were able to spend more time resting on the property because it really takes you away from the day to day grind to enjoy yourself. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Cozy and clean

Jason and Tricia are sweet and warm hosts. The apartment itself is what I'd describe as chic log cabin vibe. We enjoyed being surrounded by trees and sounds of the finches and hawks. It is very clean and the kitchen is stocked to prepare an easy breakfast or reheat meals. It would be fun to use the bbq and fireplace when the weather is brighter. Picking the tangerines and avocadoes on their property (permission allowed) in the rain was my personal highlight.

Peaceful Setting

Much thought and effort went into designing and setting up this VRBO. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. Cozy living room with sheep skin rug. Views of the rolling hills, horses and fruit trees. Perfect location to Arroyo Grande Village and all the other wonderful places that the central coast offer. We would come back again in a heart beat.
