We were extremely satisfied with every detail in Doug and Theresa's well-appointed room. Description and photos were 100% accurate, easy check-in and access, and a location that's pretty hard to beat. Parking truly is "ample" - absolutely no issues. Would recommend this property to any couple (or single) looking for an excellent stay close to downtown SLO (short, safe, nice walk).

Great location, close to downtown, and yet ample parking in front of the studio. It's small but is well-organized, provided everything we need for staying for 4 nights. The entire studio is very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our nine day stay. Although cozy, it lives much bigger, and has every convenience you need for a comfortable stay. Ample parking, comfortable bed and furniture, and only a short walk to downtown. David and Theresa were gracious hosts and very responsive to any request we made.

Wonderful location! Very cute, cozy accommodations with tons of thoughtful amenities. Also very quiet. It was perfect for parent’s weekend and we hope to be back!

Great place!

Wonderful place! It was clean, well stocked, A/C, comfortable bed. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Owners very responsive. Will stay here again!

TEN out of five stars!! Fantastic, fun, and cozy

The place is cute, cozy, clean, well designed, and had everything we needed. We are moving to SLO and stayed here as a landing pad for just over 2 weeks. Myself, my spouse, our cat, and dog. Perfectly sized place for us and a perfectly located base camp for our house hunting operations. It's a 20 minute walk to downtown, which might seem long for some. But for us? Lovely! We love walking and went to the top tier, amazing restaurants during our stay and didn't have to worry about parking troubles at all (plus the walk is nice, with all the cute little Victorian, craftsman, and Spanish colonial style homes on the way to admire). The hosts are fantastic and attentive. We were well-taken care of. If we weren't moving to SLO, I'd say we would happily stay again.

Theresa and Doug have this property dialed in PERFECTLY!! All the amenities you need and so comfortable, well labeled and so easy to navigate. I loved my stay so much and am sad to leave!!

This is a charming and comfortable place to stay. The hosts have anticipated every possible need a guest might have - I really appreciated the many cute and thoughtful touches throughout the room and I truly enjoyed the time I spent there.

Amazing Stay, Highly Recommend

This is one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in! Great location, right by all the main bits of SLO- Madonna hiking trail (Cerro San Luis), downtown, and High St. Deli are at your doorstep! The studio was clean, incredibly well stocked, and everything worked perfectly. It was quiet, had AC, and the hosts were so responsive and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back to SLO and stay here again!

The studio is designed well. It met our needs even in the details that seem minor but actually are nice. It’s a cute space. The bed, little sofa and the little seating space outside were comfortable and made relaxing between our adventures in and around SLO. Doug and Theresa were great hosts.
