Seagull is a cozy, clean, bright cottage located just behind our Sand Dollar House and steps to the beach. You can enjoy the amazing views of the beach from the upper deck of this property. Go to sleep to the lulling sounds of ocean waves. Have your morning coffee on the Captain's deck, with its fabulous ocean view. Stroll out your front door, just steps to the sea. BBQ on gas grills, either on your beach patio or upper deck.

Enjoy boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding, wind kiting. Build a fire on the beach.

Two queen beds, one hide-a-bed. Bath and a half. Tv's in every room. Small kitchen has full size stove and refrigerator.

Laundry, high speed internet.

Air conditioning is not needed on the beachfront

The place could use a lot of sprucing up! The frozen peach pie was a nice touch! Be sure to bring your own ground coffee, there is no Kuerig!

Can not beat the location, right on the sand and no shoes required. Nell is so kind and makes you feel welcome. The views and the hot tub great perk after a swim or a surf. There is everything you could want, from a blender to a blowdryer. Thank you Nell! We will be backMichelle and Michal

Great location right on the beach. We had a wonderful vacation. Nell is a wonderful host. We are a family of 5 and that was the only tough part. It was a little small for a family of 5. Had I known about the other part of the property that was larger, I would have rented that one instead.

The upper deck had great ocean views and was a short walk to the beach. The home is centrally located. The house is very homey with lots of charm. We appreciated the excellent communication with the owner

Excellent stay at the Seagull. Cute cottage in a prime location with ocean front view from the upper porch. Enjoyed watching the sunset while sitting by the campfire on the beach. Can't think of anything we needed and didn't have.

Adorable beach cottage with lots of charm. It has a very lived in feeling. Nell is extremely nice and a wonderful host. We had the pleasure of having wine at sunset with her next door. The place is right on the sand. Perfect beach access.

The outside deck offered a great view. The inside area does not have a view, but the beach is right out the door.

Seagull has a great view from upper deck. It is directly on the sandy beach, where you can build a fire. If you are looking for front-on beach view, please see Sanddollar at HomeAway listing 192476. If you are ok with a view of the ocean over Sanddollar's roof, accessed from your upper deck, choose Seagull. It sits on the same beachfront lot but behind Sanddollar.
