Ocean One 324 is a private end unit 3 bedroom condo on the beachside, not facing the ocean but just steps to the sand! The condo has comfortable furnishings, and several updates. The property has on-site gas grills and a large ocean front pool. King in the Master, Two Double Beds in the Second Bedroom & Two Double Beds in the Third Bedroom. 3 Full Baths. Ocean One is located just off of the Coligny Circle and Coligny Plaza where you can walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, plus the new Celebration Low Country Park and more.

Host was quick to respond and very helpful. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by. The kids loved the pool and beach access was super close. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing week. First time staying near Coligony and it was amazing. So close to dinner and shops and my teens loved being close to the nightlife. Condo was in a good location, spacious, close to the beach and pool was great!

We had a great time , right on the beach , easy and safe access from the pool area to boardwalk, very quiet and calm place. The unit we stayed in was clean and looked updated recently.

Hilton Head trip 2025

The condo that we stayed in was perfect for all of us. It was right on the beach and within walking distance of shopped and places to eat. The place was really clean and had everything we needed for the week. Will definitely stay here again!!!!!!!

Great Location

We had a great week in Hilton Head. It was a great location with a nice easy path to the beach. Walking to local restaurants was easy as well. The condo was clean and spacious.

Great location

We loved staying at this beachside condo. Perfect location to walk to Coligny and other areas. The listing was accurate and the condo had all that we needed.

Great clean beach location!!

Went with the family. Loved this place and location. everything from the check-in, which was a code sent via text to the beach gear that was free delivered prior to our arrival, to easy parking access from the road.

Ocean One - Coligny

We had a nice stay at Ocean One. It is a nice location with a short walk to Coligny. Nice end unit but could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. Overall, unit is good and would stay there again. Nice that they got pool and beach access opened before we arrived.

Race Trip with Friends

Four of us traveled together for the Daufuskie Island Marathon. The condo was perfect with beds for everyone and a fully equipped kitchen including both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. Also well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, which we’ve had to purchase on other trips. The location was great, easy to get around the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about this unit. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Very clean and a lot of room for the 8 of us. Staff was very nice and friendly. Excellent location to the beach and shopping. We would definitely recommend it!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Ocean One 324 vacation rental was nice. It had everything we needed in a location close to everything. We had an electrical issue and someone came pretty quickly. The floors could have used a deeper cleaning and the mattresses were a little uncomfortable but as a whole it was good for our family of four adults and three little children. Thank you!
