Very Comfortable Newly Remodeled Townhome very close to Beach. The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are a mere 500 yards away. The 12 miles of hard white sand is perfect for beach combing, jogging, volleyball, paddleball, 'building castles in the sand or just relaxing working on your tan'. Whether you are looking for a place close to the beach or are looking for a high energy high activity vacation, our town home can offer it all.

Our town house is located adjacent to Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza has all of your shopping, entertainment and dining needs. This allows you to park your car when you arrive and not have to use it again until you leave. The shopping center includes a grocery store, specialty shops, souvenir stores, ice cream parlors, chocolate shop, activity areas for the kids, and a variety of restaurants and bars. Not only that, but you can enjoy the 12 miles of wide hard beach and waves just a short distance away. The hard sand beach is perfect for bicycling, walking, swimming, or a moon light stroll with that special someone. There are also many miles of bicycle and walking paths in the vicinity which are not on the beach.

The townhouse is tastefully decorated and newly remodeled in a tropical décor. This uniquely designed three floor town home consists of a third floor Master Suite with a King size bed and a private bath. A King size bed is also in the second floor master, and Queen bed with a bunk bed and a pull out trundle in the third bedroom. This townhome will sleep a maximum of 6 adults, and a total capacity of 9 with children. The bunkbeds are not adequate for adults. Balconies on the second and third floor over look the private complex pool and court yard.

We have also furnished the town home with three televisions, and all the needed equipment to entertain you for the rainy days and the restful times you are not enjoying the beach and local facilities.

Our town home is located in the Forest Beach section of Hilton Head Island. It is one of the most popular and they have added lots of local amenities and a new park for the kids to play.

Great location within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. There is a park, playground and splash pad right down the street as well. Plenty of room for 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children). While there were some limited beach toys (we brought our own), our only suggestion would be to provide a wagon or similar to transport items to the beach and a few beach chairs since those aren’t items we could take on a plane. Overall, great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jay’s property. Everything was exactly as described and the location was perfect. Jay was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We traveled with our three children in their 20’s. It was nice that my husband & I had a private third floor room with a bathroom to ourselves. The first floor was spacious & kitchen is updated. The property’s location was perfect for us. Everyone could walk or ride bikes to shops, beach, restaurants & etc. The property grounds were nice with lots of plants and flowers. The pool is just a few yards from condo. The property was quiet & family oriented. We met several very nice people who come every year.

Really nice condo. We had a minor hiccup upon arrival but owners acted immediately to resolve it and offered to comp us either breakfast or dinner out. Great service! Things we love about this condo: our family of 5 plus Grandma have plenty of room to spread out. It’s easily walkable to both the beach and Coligny. The pool is right outside the back sliders making it easy when a child forgot their googles or towel to quickly walk back. You could honestly park here and not get in the car again until your drive home if you wanted. Great relaxing stay!

Great Stay

This was our first time in Hilton Head and we couldn’t have asked for a better location for a place to stay. We had a newborn baby and the walkability from the condo made it extremely easy to get around with her.

Property was exactly as described. It was very clean and very comfortable. Conveniently located to the shopping plaza and the beach.Communication with the property owner was excellent. Great stay in a great location!

We all loved the house and the location as it was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool was great also! Didn’t use the car once while we were there. The place was incredibly clean and the hosts gave great detailed instructions as well as recommendations for various activities! Would definitely stay there again!

Great vacation

Loved the location, and the the property owner had everything we’d need for a comfortable stay! 6 minute walk to the beach and the pool was maybe 20 steps from the condo back patio. Perfect spot for our family’s trip.

We live in Minnesota and Hilton Head is a great treat for us. The destination has been the reason for the long drive and is well worth it. Even though the kids are now grown, they grew up playing on the beach and it is still considered one of their favorite places to be. Even with the long drive from Minnesota we always look forward to the time we spend on Hilton Head Island. We find pleasure with the wonderful beaches, places to eat, and the many different activties available on the island. It is a great place to leave your busy work schedule and enjoy the family.

We have been coming down to Hilton Head every year since 1998. It has been a high point for my children since they were young. Now that they are both spreading their wings, Hilton Head has been one place we can count on meeting them even with their busy schedules. It is a great place to entertain and meet with the family. We have developed over the years wonderful friendships with the other townhome owners and renters.

We fell in love with this townhome the first time we saw it. It is within walking distance to everything we need, very close to the beach, and has a pool that we use to relax and float in. There is no need to use the car once you arrive.
We have become friends with many of the other villa owners and their guests. It is a great place to vacation.
