Cute and comfortable 3BR/2BA remodeled home featuring bedroom carpets, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, carport, and garage. Enjoy the covered patio and spacious, private lush fully fenced backyard — perfect for your furry friends!

Conveniently located near major highways, minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, ASU, spring training, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

✨ Long-Term Stays: For bookings over 28 days, a $180 professional cleaning (every 2–3 weeks) is required, including laundry of bedding and towels, (except for dishes)
There is an additional monthly charge of $350 utilities on long term bookings.

🐾 Pets: $10 per pet/night — ask about discounts! Pets require prior approval.

🔒 Security: Outdoor cameras only (backyard camera turned off at check-in).

🚭 No smoking indoors. Please remove shoes on carpets.

This home is close to everything in the Gilbert, Mesa area with easy access to the freeway. The backyard was private and beautiful and the primary bed and bathroom were very spacious! Check-in was a breeze and communication with the host was excellent, responding to our inquiries and needs promptly. We would choose to stay here again.

Everything from start to finish was perfect & easy! The house was so clean & tidy. Everything was provided for us as far as household items. We will definitely stay again. We hope to visit our daughter in AZ often!

Awesome house. Fantastic neighbor Susie. Location. Was so convenient to access anything and drive on highway to anywhere. Would definitely stay again. Owner was constantly in touch with us asking how we were and if we needed anything.

Nice home

This was a very clean and nicely decorated home. Plenty of space. The beds were all extremely comfortable. The backyard was beautiful and very green. Renter pays all utilities, which we have never encountered before. Thanks for sharing your home.

Pleasant Stay

The property was very roomy for just the two of us. Definitely feels like a home. Great access to the freeways as we had people to visit every day. A few minor problems that our hosts helped us correct easily. Definitely a good experience.😎

Beautiful property

Walked into a very nice home which met my standards of cleanliness - which are very high. Even at my age (84), I still do my own cleaning. Pretty much scared me from touching the thermostat with your note. I was cold at night and no extra blankets anywhere in the closets. Borrowed on from grandson. Everyone else was fine. Did find out at the end of our visit the blankets were in the garage. Very nice visit.

Hi Geraldine, thank you so much for staying with us! As they say COMMUNICATION is one of the most important things in human relations. I wish I would have been asked about the note on the thermostat that kindly asks our guests to please leave it on AUTO and in the summer do not lower it to much as the unit may freeze (it doesn't apply to winter). Surprisingly we had a very cold front in AZ which is not the norm and most blankets were clean and nicely folded in the laundry room. Sorry to hear you were cold! Best regards!
