We have stayed here 4 years in a row. This is by far the best house and location. We hope to come every year The host Meagan is always helpful with anything you may need. This place always feels like home every time we walk through that door. I never want to leave. We just left and are already planning our trip for next year. Same place, same time with a guaranteed magical vacation.

Stayed here numerous times; one of our favorites! The location and view is awesome! Megan is wonderful; always quick to respond! Will definitely be back…hopefully soon!

Awesome location! Right on the beach and multiple towns close by (Vilano Beach, St. Augustine and Palm Valley) for shopping and restaurants. Beach is not crowded at all. Only people on the beach will be others staying in a house on the beach. No hotels, condos or public beach access in eye sight. We watched a large group of dolphins swimming north, a sting ray jump out of the water and a sea turtle poke its head out. Also woke up to sea turtle tracks leading to nest and tracks back to the ocean. The beach has tons of shells!House was pretty clean and well stocked. Dishwasher and washer machine pods, dryer sheets, dish soap and new sponge. Has a grill and there was matches, lighter fluid, chimney starter, and partial bags of charcoal. Multiple body boards and other beach items. We enjoyed the our stay with the house and location!

Our stay at this beachfront home was wonderful from start to finish. The house was impeccably clean and the location was unbeatable — true beachfront with private stairs leading directly to the sand. One of our favorite features was the front yard perched above the seawall, giving us another peaceful spot to relax with ocean views. We also loved how thoughtfully dog‑friendly the home was. The deck could only be accessed from inside, which made it completely secure for our pup. The beds and linens were fresh and clean, parking was easy with plenty of room, and the ocean views from the dining and living areas were absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

A amazing lil stay

The house was amazing for watching the sun rise and sun set. Very nice clean place to stay! The beach is very private and very enjoyable! I had a great experience here!!!

Perfect spot

We enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for me and my husband who loves to surf fish. House was also supplied with everything we needed for our stay.
