Bethany Bay is situated on the Indian River Bay and White Creek with water access for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboard and jet skis. The community also has a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, walking trails, 9 hole par 3 golf course (pay to play) and so much more. You will love the natural setting and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets plus enjoy the blue herons, egrets, deer and more. The condo is sun filled, bright and cheery with extra windows. You will find a large eat-in kitchen with white cabinetry and appliances, a spacious dining/living room with an electric fireplace, a great place to entertain or take a nap, a primary bedroom with a full bath and a guest bedroom with its own bath. Get kayaking place

Great property! Will definitely consider staying again, only longer! Close to some great kayaking spots! Clean, VERY well equipped, love the screen porch, great for watching the wildlife.

Great place!

This condo is a terrific spot for being around the beach! It has a thoughtful and well-maintained kitchen, terrific inlet views, and is very clean. We will certainly come back again!

Beautiful View

This was a cute property and we enjoyed our stay. The scenery was tranquil and soothing - our favorite part. It was located about 15 minutes from the ocean. The community pool and hot tub were nice features too. It was a well-stocked property with all the essentials and more. Having the sheets supplies was super nice benefit. The only improvements I would make is a more comfortable sofa (cushions kept pushing out and a little dirty) and to clean the patio especially the screen debris. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. The owners were also very accommodating.

Great stay at a wonderful property with a bayside view

Very clean property in a great location. Enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, sitting on the porch and viewing the bay, and close proximity to Bethany beach. Will definitely come back soon.

A perfect getaway!

I travelled with my teenagers and this spot had everything for everybody! Golf, tennis, pool, and bikes all right at the property. And then short drives to multiple beaches and boardwalks! And the condo itself was fully stocked and impeccably clean! The owners were super fast with responses to questions! Can’t wait to stay here again!

My husband, kids, and I spent a few nights in this beautifully maintained condo. Very clean, spacious, and we loved the beach theme! The views off the screened in porch were breathtaking! Very peaceful property! The owners were very nice and quick to respond to questions. We’ll definitely be back!

Spring Getaway

My partner, sister and I spent 5 days in this beautiful condo in May of 2024. The condo was perfect for our needs with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and couches and terrific views of the bay and marsh. The decor was most pleasant with lovely French poster art and cheerful colors. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The community is quiet and we enjoyed many walks. We did not get to take advantage of the community amenities because it was off season. We would definitely would like to rent this place again on our next trip to the Bethany Beach area.

Wonderful Stay!

What a great stay we had! The host were so polite and helpful. The view was beautiful and the wildlife. The house had everything we needed to have a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked. Short drive to the beach. Short drive to restaurants. Kids loved it and we did too. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo :)

Relaxation at its best!

Peaceful and beautiful!

The weather did not cooperate so it was nice that the property was so beautiful. We spent a lot of time just watching and listening to birds in the marsh. You could never really tire of that view! (Well I couldn't anyway!) Cozy and beautiful- I'd definitely stay again! Had many conveniences like cooking implements and even a washer and dryer. Great place!

Glorious bethany beach stay

We have stayed here many times over the years and it is always amazing—so cozy with beautiful marsh/bay views. Central to many activities and the beach. The hosts are awesome and ensure you have everything you need. The only negative thing is when we have to leave:)

Relaxing Getaway

This property is in a very nice, quiet community located on a golf course. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the middle of Bethany beach. There are a few great restaurants near by if you don’t want drive into town. The condo is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The new king size bed in the master is very comfortable. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

Home away from home!

Once again we had a great time! We truly feel like we are at home when we are there. The condo is well stocked with everything we need. I have now cooked both a Thanksgiving and Easter dinner there and all cooking supplies were right there. It’s great!

Beautiful condo. All the comforts of home.

The condo was beautiful and so comfortable. We choose the coldest days in several years so we were so happy to find several throws left there for our use. We really felt like we were at home. We stayed over Christmas to visit family who lived close by, and were so happy we choose this rental to stay in. My husband's only complaint was the size of the TV in the living room.

Relaxation!!!

This was an amazing last minute trip! I’ve only ever stayed in hotels when going away. This was such a nice change in pace. I couldn’t be happier with the place! They even had a kitchen filled with everything I needed to make my Thanksgiving dinner. All I had to do was bring the food. Waking up to water views can’t be beat! We will definitely be back!

Fall Getaway

I had a really nice time during my recent visit. Condo was very clean and very nicely decorated. Other than some construction work early one morning it was very quiet. The area seems very nice, close to restaurants and the beach. I liked how the development is secluded and backs up to the Indian River. One nice surprise was seeing an eagle from the porch one afternoon. The only issue I had was that the porch slider door was very hard to close but manageable and I would definitely consider returning in the future.
