Nicole was great to work with, very quick to respond. Great place for a girls trip to relax! The tub was fantastic and perfect for soaking! We really enjoyed listening to the water on the screened porch, so relaxing!

Everything was great. I passed a couple of places to buy firewood on the way there but I didn't because I didn't know there was a fireplace but it would have been cool.

This rental is so incredibly cute! Perfect for my family of 3. Location is perfect if you’re trying to steer clear of the noisy crowds but still want to pop over to either fenwick island, Bethany beach and ocean city. So in love with this place. We found our yearly vacation spot!!!! Can’t wait to come back.

The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the view. Location was great. The bathtub was a challenge to get in and out of. Overall we enjoyed our time in Delaware.

We loved this place! Stayed here with my mom and my two kids. This is a quaint, cute, and quite neighborhood. It felt very safe and welcoming. It was also local to everything we wanted to do on our stay. The host was very responsive, cordial, and flexible. 10/10 would recommend you stay here, we will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect. Nicole answered any questions we had immediately. The place is very cozy, clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

This house was great for a girls weekend. The beds were comfortable and it was mostly clean. The outdoor patio furniture was covered in pollen and definitely needed a good wash. In addition, the kitchen could’ve used more cooking utensils and maybe a potholder but we made it work!! The upstairs bathroom was a highlight for our trip! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive during the booking process and I would absolutely stay here again.

Lighting not bright enough. No towel and bed sheet service. Rear sun room screen out of frame and bird was inside. Host very nice.

Hi- thank you for the feedback. Sorry to hear the lighting was not bright enough. I do have a fully stocked linen closet on the second floor with towels. We just ask that you wash them in the washer and dryer that I provide detergent for. Additionally I have noted in my listing that bed sheets are the responsibility of the renter to bring and also mention in my welcome packet that is sent prior to checkin. Thank you

We stayed off-season. The host was very attentive and quick to respond. The Home had a lot of space and had a great location. The community was quiet and clean. Would stay again thank you for a great vacation!

Great long weekend stay

We loved staying in Mallard lakes, it has the pool and easy parking and easy access to the beach and other activities on Fenwick Island

Great place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. It is close to many beaches and great restaurants. The best part was enjoying coffee on the porch overlooking the water.
