Excellent property while visiting family. The pool with slide was great for the kids. Condo was clean and spacious, perfect for us. We will definitely be back.

We arrived before our check in time and had some trouble finding the reservation, but host was able to correct after a quick phone call. We waited around all day and were told we would be called when our room was ready, but this never happened. We eventually checked and were given keys, but we found that the room had been recently remodeled and was covered with debris, equipment and furniture moved around, and the beds were not made with no sheets. Fortunately, the host was very responsive and apologetic and arranged for a different room in the hotel, which ended up being for 3 nights. On our last night, the host's room was now ready, so we had to pack all our belongings, including groceries and move rooms again. This was pretty frustrating to have to pack/unpack again. The kitchen lacks enough dishes...we had to used pots and measuring cups as cereal bowls, as there was only 1 bowl in the room. None of the TVs worked in the room and at the recommendation of the host, we called the hotel to help us, but no one showed up. The hotel and room are nice, but renting through a private VRBO makes you a bit of a 2nd class citizen at the hotel, as many of the amenities and service are not available to you. The beach is amazing and our kids loved snorkeling at the reef right off the beach.

We have been to this property on Singer Island before. This particular unit was lovely and just as was described. Beautiful and modern with all we needed for our stay. The balcony had views of the ocean and perfect to drink your morning coffee. John was an exceptional host and very responsive. We look forward to returning again!

Pros: Property was excellent. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was a panoramic view of both intercostal and ocean. There is an added parking fee if you have a vehicle at hotel per night. Valet parking only. Overall it was a beautiful experience. The hotel was wonderful and very relaxing and very clean. The unit was truly a home away from home. We were a group of five and was more than enough room for us to have privacy. More clarity from the hosts regarding navigating toiletries and garbage directions on check in instructions would be real helpful and appreciated.

Great accommodations!

We had a wonderful girls trip at this property. The location cannot be beat and the accommodations were exactly as described. This is a perfect place to visit - we hope to book again next year!

I stayed here with my family (husband and 3 kids) and we loved the property so much we will definitely be back. The condo was clean, had great views, plenty of room for all of us to relax in the living room, huge bathrooms, great/functional kitchen. The living room was bigger than expected. The kids LOVED the pool and the beach. We had a snafu at check in and was able to get in touch with Jeff immediately to resolve it. He checked in again later to make sure everything else with check in went smooth. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This apartment was wonderful with amazing views of the beach and tropical park from the bedrooms and balcony! The bathrooms are incredibly beautiful and large. The beds were very comfortable and we had no problem sleeping on them. The apartment is nice and quiet. The living room was set up very nice and cozy. The owner was kind and answered any questions we had. The Marriott property has two crystal clear swimming pools and a Starbucks/Shop downstairs. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided daily. There are kayaks and paddle boards, as well. We ate at ONA one night and the food was amazing. The tip is included in the bill. Publix is about a mile away for stocking the kitchen. (We bought our own tupperware for leftovers). Speak with Marriott technology in order to connect Switches and other gaming items to the room's internet. The reef outside the Marriott has a large variety of tropical fish around it, so be sure to bring some snorkeling equipment. Blue Heron bridge at Phil Foster Park has sparkling blue water near High Tide and about a mile from the hotel. Overall, this was an incredible apartment and place to stay!

Property is just as described and the owners were super responsive and helpful. Don’t hesitate booking this property… perfect location, clean, comfortable and just steps from the beach with a fantastic pool. Miss it already!

Wonderful winter vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at Singer island. View of ocean and surrounding area was spectacular. It was a great escape from the frozen north. Our host was awesome and very accessible.
