Share our piece of paradise! Beautiful turquoise waters, white sand of Grace Bay Beach and amazing snorkeling at Smith’s Reef, just minutes walk from our doorstep. Situated on Turtle Cove Marina, the Yacht Club has many conveniences in walking distance, including 5 restaurants, Turtle wave coffee shop, rental car/bicycles/scooters, and dive and excursion companies. Just a 10 min drive from the airport and groceries.
Turtle Cove has some of the most highly rated restaurants including Mango Reef, Baci Ristorante, and Shark Bite Bar and Grill in walking distance from the condo.
Spacious and fully equipped condo with patio/balcony (fully retracting doors to the outside) overlooking a large 3-tiered infinity pool and view of the ocean. This third-floor condo is accessible by elevator or stairs. The on-suite bedroom has a King size bed with pillow top mattress and luxury linens. The walk-in tiled shower is welcomed after a long day at the beach! The kitchen has all the dishes, utensils and cookware you could need. New washer and dryer is in a separate laundry room and there is a safe available within the condo. Free complimentary WiFi, Smart tv's, use of beach chairs, cooler and beach towels.
The Yacht Club grounds are secure with gated access, nighttime security and parking right outside the building. The condo has a keyless door entry.
Award winning Grace Bay Beach is a 5-minute walk from our Yacht Club condo. The outer reefs located there, are the best, most easily accessible beach snorkeling on the island. You will see sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, ocean triggerfish, and many varieties of reef fish such as parrotfish, angelfish, grouper and squirrelfish, just to name a few. Come and enjoy your stay on the most beautiful island and beach in the world!
Our vacation rental is professionally cleaned by trained housekeeping staff between each reservation. We maintain the highest housekeeping standard using CDC approved commercial grade disinfectant on all hard and soft surfaces focusing on high touch points such as light switches, door knobs, remotes, etc. These efforts provide you the peace of mind to experience a sanitized, clean and disinfected home to enjoy.

The location of the yacht club was fantastic for exploring the area! The kitchen was well equipped and made for a perfect place to prepare some of our meals. The pool was lovely and the walk to the beach was easy great information in the information book. The bed was very comfortable and the patio balcony was our favorite place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Parking spot was helpful since we decided to rent a car. Unfortunately the weather made snorkeling not possible the week we were there, but we would look forward to coming back.

Great condo and location!
We greatly enjoyed our stay in Provo in this condo! The location is excellent, since it's within walking distance to several good restaurants and beaches. The tiered pool was a nice bonus as well and a relaxing respite after a long day of activities. The condo itself was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip, including beach/snorkel gear. We would stay here again if we come back to T&C!

Amazing stay
We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful property in Turtle Cove. The condo unit was spotless and had everything we ever could have needed to enjoy our time in Turks in Caicos. We took full advantage of the snorkeling gear, beach chairs and beach toys, the gorgeous balcony overlooking the marina and pool, the short walks to lovely restaurants and cafes and of course, the beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit this beautiful island!

What a great place!!
The condo is amazing, in a great location with everything you could want!! Molly was a very accommodating host and was so easy and pleasant with whom to communicate!!

Amazing Vacation
The location of the Yacht Club is just perfect, with restaurants close by, beach access, beach amenities, plus the 4 infinity pools make for the perfect stay. All of the comforts of home are provided in this perfect 1-bdrm condo with views overlooking the pool, marina and ocean. We are already planning our next trip back.

Great condo, great complex, easy walk to beautiful beach
Extremely clean. Patio and pool really nice. Grounds well kept. Nice to have a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Friendly people at resort. We had a great stay!

Just like the pictures!
Good location with a hand full of restaurants within walking distance and a short car ride to everything else. Turks Wave Cafe was our morning hangout before venturing out on the island or going back to the property and hanging out at the pool. Very quiet on the Yacht club property and the condo has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks Molly and Curt.

Beautiful condo. Wonderful owners.
The condo was beautiful, extremely clean. Great location. The owners are great. Responded and fxed a small shower issue very quickly. We had a wonderful vacation. Would definitely rent from them again.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo to others. The place was very clean, cute, and in an amazing location. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, the water was always hot, and there were plenty of linens provided. We also appreciated the beach essentials that were available for guests to use.The location was one of the best parts of our stay. The restaurants nearby were excellent, the pool was incredible, and having Bight Beach just down the road made it easy to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.There were a few minor inconveniences that didn’t impact our overall enjoyment but are worth mentioning. We would have appreciated a larger supply of essentials such as laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. These items can be difficult to purchase in small quantities and are quite expensive on the island, so we found ourselves rationing some supplies throughout our stay. It would also have been nice to have access to local cable channels, as some of our streaming services were unavailable in the region. Additionally, the water pressure fluctuated throughout the day.That said, all of the major things that typically make or break a vacation rental were excellent. The condo was comfortable, clean, well-located, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

As far as the inconveniences you mentioned, I'm sorry to hear that you felt the paper products and cleaning supplies were not sufficient for 2 adults, staying 6 nights. I've really never had anyone indicate that they were not sufficient. I'll definitely take that into consideration. I hope you will come again, we would love to host you!

Great Views, Great Times!
We loved the property and the location. The Yacht Club is centrally located and it's easy to get to any beach or location within 20 minutes. Molly and Curt are easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The pool onsite is great and the view from the patio is amazing. We had the best time and look forward to our next visit to TCI!

Turtle Cove Condo
This is a great property with a lovely view of the pools and marina. Super clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants and Grace Bay Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again! R and K

Amazing
This condo was amazing! One of the cleanest vrbos ever stayed in! What a great location! Great food! Did not have a bad meal any where! Condo has everything lots of helpful information! First time in Turks loved it so much we booked to come back in dec with our family and grandkids!

Beautiful Accomodation in Paradise!
Stayed a week at Molly and Curt's condo. Condo was very clean! Bed was very comfortable! Everything was great, especially loved how quiet it was! Grounds of the property were immaculate and the pool was amazing! Several restaurants within walking distance. We felt very safe at this location. Thank you!

The perfect location
Molly and Curt’s place was an excellent choice for our trip to Provo! The pictures don’t do the space justice. The Yacht Club was blissfully quiet, pools and grounds immaculate. The view from their balcony was the best! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Exceeded expectations
Beautiful property, clean, well maintained well stocked, great location. Sunsets and rainbows off the balcony. Can't think of a single complaint. We'll be back!

Just as advertised and more.
The unit in The Yacht Club was wonderful. The owners have everything you need and the place was clean. No need to stay at some resort. Molly was great in helping us find Scooter Bob’s for car rental. Smiths Reef is the best shore snorkeling. We say a least 5 turtles. Plan on coming back.

Perfect
Great place and excellent location. Walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and several great restaurants/bars. It’s also centrally located for exploring the rest of the island. The pictures of this place don’t do justice to how nice it is and it has everything you need. Plus Molly and Curt leave plenty of advice about where to go, restaurants and even who to contact to do snorkeling trips etc. One of the best VRBOs I’ve rented.

We downsized and sold our family home in Upstate NY for this exciting opportunity and have no regrets! We chose Turtle Cove end of Grace Bay Beach because of the tranquility and peaceful area with the ability to walk to restaurants and see the most amazing snorkeling right off the beach at Smith's Reef. We love sharing our space with our guests from all over the world!

The Yacht Club grounds and pool are beautiful, private, quiet and secure. Grace Bay Beach is a short walk and if you see more than 10 people on the beach it would be a lot. If you enjoy snorkeling you will want to do it often to see amazing sea life. Some of the best restaurants on the island are in walking distance. Our condo is well maintained with everything you could need and wonderful on island property management.
