Soak up the iconic charm of Palm Springs in this mid-century Alexander home! “Casa Blanca” is a three-bedroom, two-bath home featuring a large private yard with a sparkling pool for frolicking in the sun. The toughest decisions you will have here is whether to ride the bikes to downtown, play Ping-Pong or nap in the hammock.

This home is also perfect for evening entertainment after the sun sets. Relax around the gas-lit fire pit and let the jet jacuzzi massage away your cares. Whether cooking dinner in the full kitchen or on the charcoal BBQ, you find everything you need- high quality linens, modern kitchen appliances, central heating and air conditioning, indoor gas fireplace, smart TV, high speed wireless internet, washer & dryer, indoor surround sound music, and a sparkling clean interior.
The master bedroom has a California king bed, the second bedroom has an Eastern king bed, and the third bedroom has full and twin sized mattresses on the bunk bed.

Located 5 minutes from downtown with the scenic San Jacinto hills and snow-capped mountains as a backdrop. PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE PEACEFUL PARK LOCATED BEHIND THE HOUSE.

The house manager, is available during your stay to promptly address any questions and concerns.

Optional:
Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day with a minimum 3 days charged (including the day the heat is turned on the day prior to your stay). Please notify us in advance to warm it up.
Please read the rental agreement for terms, conditions, & liability. This is a legal agreement and you will be held responsible. Please reach out if you have any questions or need anything clarified.
Palm Springs Rules: minimum age to rent the house is 28. PALM SPRINGS HAS STRICT NOISE ORDINANCES RULES. Music is not allowed to be played outside. 2 people per bedroom max. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding the rules.

You will forfeit your security deposit if the City of Palm Springs calls for a violation or there is a party, etc.

Girls Weekend

Great, place everything was clean and as pictured. Two problems one is silly, the toilet paper was horrible, and both showers need new shower heads.

Beautiful!

The house was amazing. The backyard has a jaw dropping view of the desert mountain. The hot tub & ping pong table were so much fun. The location of the home is less than 20 minutes of all fun activities.

Great pool and location

Location was good and house looked like the pictures. There were lights not working outside the house apart from some in plants. The host Marc did come over on Thanksgiving to check but he said he’d have to order light bulbs. So, it was dark in the driveway and we couldn’t use the ping pong table once the sun went down at 5:00pm. There were light bulbs that didn’t work in the house either, and chipped plates and cups. No glassware to use whatsoever, so drinks out of plastic beakers or chipped mugs! The lawn sprinklers went off 3 times a day because a new lawn had been laid, so we couldn’t have lunch outside without getting sprinkled at some point! The back gate, which boasts of opening onto the park doesn’t because it’s too rusty! The shower didn’t have a lot of power. We did like the pool which we paid to be heated, and the location is good. Maybe because it was off season it had all these problems We wouldn’t stay here again.

Palm Springs Getaway

This house was perfect for our friends golf weekend. It was in a great location and perfect for the 4 of us. House was clean, beds were very comfortable, pool and hot tub were an added bonus. 2 things they need to consider.....Screens on all door and windows. The weather was beautiful but when the doors and windows were open, bugs were everywhere. You can not shower at the same time in both bathrooms. There is NO water pressure. The guest shower was unusable as the shower head sprayed sideways and not straight down. Definitely needs to be replaced.

Spring Break Family Fun

The listing was accurate and the location was great, close to town, restaurants and parks. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the pool. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and played ping pong for the first time in many years! The host was great and responded immediately when we contacted him. Would definitely stay there again.

So relaxing

This is our second time staying and we absolutely loved unplugging in this desert oasis. Marc is so easy to work with. This is our favorite getaway. Best kept secret in Palm Springs!

great house, great pool

This is our second time staying here. We really like the set up of this house and the pool/yard is awesome. The pool gets shaded in the mid/late afternoon which is so great when the sun is strong and it's really hot out. There is a great grass lawn for the kids to run around on and the door that opens to the park is so convenient for going out to kick the soccer ball around in the evening. The kitchen is clean and easy to cook in (just needs some real wine glasses). The kids bunk bed is a hit. We had an issue with a shower not draining and Marc was so responsive and sent someone out to fix it the next day. We also requested the hot tub be filled and cleaned and it was also taken care of within a day. Great responsiveness. We will def stay here again.

Great location but needs a good cleaning

Stayed there for Spring Break for my family and thought it was way over priced for the shape of the house. It needs a bunch of maintenance and thorough cleaning. Property Manager was responsive but it just wasn’t up to the caliber it should be for the listing price.

This property was a great base from which to explore Palm Springs and surrounding areas. The house was as described in the listing and we enjoyed our stay as a family of 3 adults and 2 children.

Mid-century modern getaway

The mid-century modern property is quite nice, having lots of amenities - pool, hot tub, fire pit, lots of outdoor seating, bicycles, ping pong table, and even a hammock. Although we didn't use most of these, they are nice to have available. The house is spacious enough and well-equipped. The beds and other furniture are quite comfortable and there is a good-sized television set over the fireplace. The property manager (owner?) was quite helpful.The olnly negative was the plumbing became a problem on the last day. This could happen to anyone though, especially in older homes. Luckily there are two bathrooms. All in all, we had avery pleasant stay.

Cute property.

Overall enjoyed the stay at this retro property. Location was very good, scenic mountains out the back. There were a few minor problems at checkin (dishwasher wasn't run, put away a bunch of dirty dishes) and icemaker wasn't working until next day (some circuit breaker issue). The beds and living room were comfortable, the tv was great. Hot tub was nice, didn't get to enjoy the pool and fire pit due to some pretty crappy weather during our stay. One thing I would definitely recommend updating was the glassware. Or should I say plastic ware. For the $$$ for this property, I think you could do better than plastic wineglasses, plastic/corroded drinking glasses, and a bunch of chipped coffee mugs. Pretty minor in the grand scheme of things, but expected better here.

Great House - Everything you need

This was a great house for my family - 13 and 11 year old kids. The ping pong table was great, the pool was clean and warm and the hot tub was great. The kitchen was open and had all everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We used both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces which were easy to use. Great location - close to the park, easy access to downtown and all the sites.

A little piece of heaven!

Can't say enough nice things about this lovely home in a perfect neighborhood. So incredibly lucky to have stayed here. Our kids (8, 5 and 3) absolutely loved everything about it (and so did we!). Just the right amount of space and the most fabulous amenities. Marc was incredibly responsive and helpful. Already dreaming of a return trip! Thank you so much 💗
