This was the perfect place to stay in Lincoln City. Views of the ocean and a private hot tub could not be matched. The place was clean, well stocked and had comfortable beds. Loved using the gym in the morning and then sitting on the patio and watching the ocean while eating breakfast.

great view . comfortable living area. downside: uncomfortable beds and pillows. other than that ,this unit was in good shape and kitchen was complete with adequate pans etc. We did notice that back splash behind the gas stove was spotted up with grease splatters. all in all: a nice unit.

We do understand that each guest has a different preference when it comes to a mattress and pillows, and most guests find the ones in this home quite comfortable. It would have been more transparent of Fay to mention that she is very specific in her needs due to health issues. Regarding the grease, that was from Fay's cooking and we had to spend some time cleaning that.

The view from the condo were beautiful every day. It was very comfortable, easy to watch tv, or visit in the kitchen. Appliances were top notch, even though we didn't use the stove. Beds and bathrooms were very nice.

We have stayed here twice and we love it! Beautiful views of the beach, easy access to the beach, perfect layout for a relaxing girls weekend, hand always clean! We love the private hot tub feature as well! We will continue coming back here for years to come.

You won't be disappointed staying here. The views are incredible, hot tub was great, and gourmet kitchen was perfect for dinners in.

Wonderful stay

This condo is perfect in every way. Stunning ocean view from large windows, lovely cozy beds, clean bathrooms, a hot tub on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I can hardly wait to stay here again.

Overall it was perfect
