The Jetty Avenue Cottage is a special place for adults. No kids please.
It's On the beach , a 1946 brick oceanfront gem within walking distance to Chinook Winds
Casino. The cottage features stairs directly to the famed Lincoln City
beach, showcasing some of the best views in the area for whale watching,
kite flying, and beach combing! The house is comfortably furnished and we
provide linens, towels, and a starter kit of paper products. Our newly
remodeled beautiful kitchen is well-equipped; the custom fir cabinets, new
appliances, and stunning blue quartzite countertops make the space a
delight to view and use. Other updates include oak flooring, brand new
bathroom with raindrop shower and soaking tub, an outdoor fire pit with
comfortable chairs and a picnic table. If indoors is your choice of the
day, we have board games and wifi as well as TV in each of the bedrooms
and living room including Netflix and Roku. Living room has a 42"
Please No single night gaps during Spring Break, July & August. Please do not book beyond 1 year out from todays date. Those rates are not posted

This property was exactly as described. Perfect in every way! Super clean and furnished with everything you need to have a great vacation. Fantastic beach access down the steps to the sand. Loved staying here and would love to stay here again next time.

Amazing Oceanfront Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is fantastic. Clean, comfortable and well stocked home that met all our needs. The beach access is easy with well maintained stairs. Landscaping is beautifully maintained. Home is located near everything you could possibly want to do. You won’t be disappointed. Will stay again.

We loved it! Cozy, beachfront cottage! By far the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in. Easy access/walk to the beach from the backyard. We had a need to call the property manager for one minor thing and they were super responsive! We hope to be back!

The property was refreshingly QUANT! EXACTLY as outlined in the description. Nicely updated, well stocked, everything worked, great directions for operating the different devices. We will book it again and would HIGHLY rate it for other people looking for a nice place to stay.

It's a good thing you had several days of relaxation and fun at The Jetty Avenue Cottage. The plumber discovered that the main line had a blockage that is being repaired now. Thank you for the heads up on this issue the morning of your departure.

Shifting cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very quaint and the location and views were exceptional. However if you suffer from Vertigo, don't stay at this property! I am a General Contractor and the house needs to be leveled and is shifting badly. Also in my personal opinion personal photo's should not be on display. They should be locked up with owners belongings, and when they visit they can be displayed.

It's great you found the house quaint, and the views exceptional. Thank you for recommending to others. The owners have put a great deal of time and money (heart and soul) into this cute cottage with perfect reviews! There's never been a mention of anything being unlevel. Great house! Would stay again. Bedroom and bathroom heating baseboards weren't working but property manager assisted quickly with a portable heater.

Overall, we really like the property. We were especially pleased with the proximity to the beach.Our main concern was the significant sloping of the floor away from the fireplace. This was a significant enough incline to cause stumbling when walking in this area.
