The Penthouse at Pacific Winds: Oceanfront Paradise

The Penthouse at Pacific Winds is a unique vacation destination offering guests exclusive access to what has always been a private luxury residence, personally selected and lovingly maintained by the condo's original owners.

Your experience begins with the one-of-a-kind, top floor corner location with spectacular views of the Pacific ocean and miles of sandy beaches up and down the coast.

Enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Bask in the warm sunshine and watch for migrating whales on the long deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Relax on the leather sofa or recliners next to the river rock gas fireplace and unwind with a movie on the smart HDTV. Original artwork and quality furnishings are lovingly maintained.

When it’s bedtime you can retire to your choice of two bedroom suites, one has a king bed with full bath and one has a queen bed with full bath, and go to sleep with the soothing sounds of the Pacific right out your window. Both rooms have views of the ocean and the coastal forest.

While staying at Pacific Winds you will have free access to the Exercise Room, Game Room, Heated Indoor Pool and Spa, as well as unlimited high speed WiFi in the unit. There is an elevator from the underground parking up to your floor, with luggage carts as well.

We hope that you will enjoy your new home away from home at the Oregon Coast, and we encourage your feedback on how to make your stay more comfortable.

The property was very clean and sat right on the beach front. The veiw was great and the beach access was a short walk. The host Shannon was awesome. Shannon texted all the info needed for parking and checking in. We normally stay in a hotel, however our stay at this property has changed our minds for future visits. Awesome location and views. We spent 3 days playing cards while looking at the ocean. Sunset walks on the beach and close by restaurants just made a perfect weekend better. Great location with a great host!!

The Penthouse Suite is an absolutely amazing place to stay! The kitchen probably was the best stocked kitchen we have had - good non-stick pans, mixing bowls set, gas range. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to start when we left however. A couple small improvements would be good- bifold closet doors for the laundry area they didn’t close- may be too big, and bottom hinge on door going to deck needs repair. The place was clean, warm had amazing views, close to beach access. Provided unit # when providing address.

The Penthouse at Pacific Winds is centrally located in Lincoln City. My family has had a beach property here since the 1960s, and when Pacific Winds came on the market, they opted to upgrade to a new, luxury condo with modern amenities, elevator and easy parking.
We love the quick walk up to the shops and restaurants on Highway 101, as well as the easy access to the most beautiful beach on the coast - with interesting tide pools right in front of the complex.
Now that my folks are no longer able to enjoy their beach front home, my family and I have made our special home available to a select number of guests.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There is no doubt that this is the finest unit in the entire Pacific Winds complex. My parents were one of the complex's original owners and had the first pick of units. They opted to purchase the south corner penthouse unit because of its unobstructed, panoramic views from every window and the copious amount of natural light in every room. It truly is a special place and we are honored to share it with you.
