POOL IS NOW OPEN AND HEATED, OPEN MID APRIL UNTIL END OF OCTOBER, IT IS CURRENTLY OPEN FOR THE SEASON. THIS YEAR A BRAND NEW WATER SLIDE WAS ADDED. Stay in an art dealer’s stunning home! Only 10 miles from downtown Cleveland. The 7-Person Hot tub is open year round!!! Private fenced yard with built-in pool with diving board. A gas fire-pit and grill for your outdoor cooking… Inside you will find a gourmet kitchen with a Viking stove, and spices for the select chef. Electric Fire place, along with new, state of the art INFINITY DIGITAL GAMING TABLE. All board games imaginable, on this cutting-edge digital game table…Sleeps 6 comfortably, with 3 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double and 2 twin beds…One full and 1/2 Bath. Garage and second driveway available. Located 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Close to the MetroPark system and Cuyahoga Valley National Park hiking/biking trails. Shopping and fine dining close by.

Our home is perfect for families, business stays, or romantic get-aways. People have reviewed this home as their own “Private Resort”. Please note—Our home is NOT intended or available for weddings, parties or entertaining of any sort, no guests, and a MAXIMUM of 6 people on property at all times. We reserve the right to ask for ID’s to verify our guests. NO LOCAL RENTALS. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO HAVE A PARTY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Six Guests Maximum. Reviews needed, or we cannot rent to you. Outstanding as always. Have stayed here for several years on visits to Parma Ohio. Karen is a fantastic host and maintains a beautiful home. Highly recommend.

Backyard Oasis

We choose this property for the heated pool, hot tub, and back yard oasis. It did not disappoint. Great communication with host. We had all we needed. We enjoyed our trip and our stay!

Thanksgiving

We were there to celebrate Thanksgiving. Kitchen well appointed to make preparing meals easy. The electronic game table was a huge hit as was the hot tub with snow falling. Home very clean. Arrival into house seamless. Great communication with owner with questions we had.

Great home close to Cuyahoga Park

Very nice, clean and functional property. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub to cool down and relax after the steamy hikes in the park. Owner very responsive to all requests. Well organized and on top of the rental.

Excellent pool house!

Lovely house with great pool. Kids had a ton of fun swimming and playing on the electronic games table. Close enough to both downtown Cleveland and also Cuyahoga National Park as well. Host was great and check in and out were a breeze.

Nice quiet spot

This is a great place in a quiet neighborhood. Owners had great communication and are very responsive. The heated pool was amazing, rain or shine my kids never left the water. We will definitely stay again.

Wow…Great Property and Great Host !

Beautiful House! The host Karen was wonderful to work with before and during our stay. We had several updates before our stay and she was incredibly accommodating to our questions and needs. The house was clean and superbly decorated.The amenities were accurately described and overall fantastic. The backyard, hot tub and huge heated pool were outstanding! Overall, it’s a wonderful gathering place to spend time with family and friends. Dave

Couples get away

Celebrating 40-year anniversaries with friends. It was a nice little get away. Neighborhood is quiet, home is clean. Spent quite a bit of time relaxing in pool and hot tub. Owners were very nice and quick to respond when needed.

Great week

Had a wonderful time. The pool and the hot tub were fantastic and perfect for having younger kids. We also loved the proximity to the city, aquarium, and zoo. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Communication was wonderful the whole time! We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay over Christmas

My family stayed at the property for almost a week over Christmas and we loved it. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 (including 4 kids) and the house provided entertainment even without using the pool or hot tub. The digital game table was great fun for the family and the TV room was an inviting retreat in the evenings. The home is located within a quick drive to lots of great restaurants and felt extremely safe. The owners were great too, as they were very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Fall visit to Cuyahoga

Just a wonderfully clean house in a quiet neighborhood that has all the amenities one would need at a stay away from home. The location worked out great as we were visiting the national park. Karen was nice enough to keep the heated pool open for us, in October, so that we could use it on our stay. The best line was from my daughter, as we were leaving, asked if we could stay there again some time in the future. We had the best time.

Awesome spot!

Very relaxing time. Heated pool and hot tub were incredible despite chilly/rainy weather. We got in anyway. Location was accessible but quiet and peaceful. Owner was so helpful and communicated quickly with needed information!

Fun time

Enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything we needed and lots more. Our stay included myself, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandsons ages 7 and 9. We had plenty of room. The pool was beautiful, clean and just the right temperature. We all had fun on the game table. Karen suggested a couple of her favorites restaurant and farm market. Both were fantastic! You won’t be disappointed and we will be back.

Girls getaway

This was our second time staying here and we were not disappointed. Loved having a pool and hot tub right out the back door. Quiet neighborhood but close to town. This time we visited the aquarium, zoo and Lake Erie in Cleveland which is less than 30 minutes away. The electronic game table was a great addition and can’t wait to come back and see the upcoming pool upgrades. Karen was once again a wonderful host and I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful home tucked in a quiet spot!

I have stayed at this home before. It doesn't matter what the weather is the place is awesome! Enjoy the Hot tub in the winter and both any season after that. Karen's home is gorgeous. Love the art work. The new fire pit and LED pool Volleyball are awesome. Don't pack many clothes, she has a washer and dryer. Neighborhood is safe and beautiful if you enjoy walking. Great place to relax and unwind.

Highly Recommended

This is the second time I booked this location and each time didn't disappoint. The home is clean and spacious. The art and newly installed fireplace gives the home a great vibe! The pool is awesome. The kids really enjoyed the slide and diving board. At night we sat by the fire pit and enjoyed the hot tub. Karen and her husband are also very helpful and responsive to any questions or assistance we needed. I would highly recommend this location for your stay as I plan on visiting again next year!!
