Traffic in the Cleveland area is very light compared to major cities. All of the above mentioned are within a 5-25 minute radius.

Parties limited to 15 people. Slightly larger groups may be considered for family events or holidays with prior agreement only.

Please be aware that in order to continue operating this house in this neighborhood I need to strictly adhere to their parking rules. There is parking for 6 vehicles in the driveway and garage which will leave room for drop offs and pick ups. There is no parking on the lawn, curbs, sidewalks, street, or neighbors driveways. This neighborhood does not allow cars to park on the streets at anytime. Please pass this info to all guests ahead of time and please understand how important this is.

With doors and windows closed, you can turn up the music, turn on the light show and party all night without a worry of bothering anyone. This place is designed for a great time and I think your stay will be a memorable one. We also need to be good neighbors and not become a nuisance property. Outdoor loud activity should be kept at a minimum. Your effort to keep me in good standing with the community is necessary and appreciated.
