This townhome is as BEAUTIFUL inside as the views it offers outside! It has been expertly updated and decorated while providing all the necessities of vacationing! On the main floor, you will find beach towels, beach chairs, 3 bicycles, and other beach time essentials! When not out on the white-sand beaches, you can relax inside or on the newly expanded deck and continue to enjoy the VIEWS of the Gulf! The first-floor open-concept plan is spacious, BEAUTIFULLY decorated, and offers all the COMFORTS of home! The GOURMET kitchen is stocked for all your cooking and dining needs! The first-floor bedroom includes a king-sized bed and showcases the VIEWS of the Sound! The second-floor master suite is a BEAUTIFUL retreat with a king-sized bed, plenty of floor space, and its own PRIVATE balcony! The spa-like master bath has LUXURY features! The third bedroom has 2 daybeds, with trundle beds, and a private bath with a tub. This room is the PERFECT, cozy hangout for kids or teens!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

The house was perfect for our family and provided plenty of space. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect and we would definitely return.

Short trip

Lovely property. Enjoyed the stay. Wish it could have been longer. Added bonus was a Mardi Gras parade, just down the street from us.

Home away from home

This home was welcoming from the onset. From the text to let us know we could get in to the welcome cookies and note this place said welcome home. The place had everything we needed from extra towels and blankets to sleeping bags and toiletries. Although very clean, it didn’t feel sterile like a rental but comfortable like a home. Beach access and view were incredible.

Great Beach House

Right on the beach in a quiet town, perfect for families. The house has a well stocked kitchen and lots of beach toys. Can’t go wrong!

Family friendly fun

This was our first time to Navarre and absolutely loved our time at Dave’s Dreamhouse. So many extras- seasonings, non-perishable food, extra sets of sheets for all beds, and other items that don’t go bad and had been left by other guests. House is as described and viewed in photos. Layout was perfect for our family of 5. If we are ever back in Navarre, we will definitely stay here again!

This is our third stay at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first two. Property is clean, very well decorated, great location, and very easy to communicate with property manager. We love it!

First time to the Gulf

My family (2 adults, 2 children under the age of 5) stayed at Dave's Dream at the end of October for our first trip to the Gulf and we will definitely be back. The rentals location, decor, and layout were very easy to function in and we so enjoyed our time.

Best house we've stayed in so far!

We've stayed in several houses and condos on Navarre Beach and this one trumps them all! Location is great... but the house is nothing short of amazing. Very well taken care of and beautifully decorated. We Well certainly return to this one!

Family vaca

The house was very nice! Right on the beach. No parking lots or streets to cross. Very quiet. The only negative if you would call it that, was the steps. Lots of steps. Still a great place that I would stay at again .

60th Birthday Celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunrises while drinking coffee on the deck. Gorgeous sunsets with friends while relaxing on the beach. Great place to enjoy biking, walking, reading a book. or just listening to the ocean. Close proximity to restaurants and fishing pier.

Amazing and relaxing vacation

As a VRBO owner myself I feel like the “extras” are what keeps renters coming back. This condo is loaded with them. Great location and every room is well decorated and comfortable. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. Amazing experience, thank you Kim!

The property was well located and clean. It had great beach access. The condo had good space and rooms were good sizes. Master was very nice and great beach view. Kitchen was well appointed. We had a great time. Navarre is a great place to visit and unwind!! Highly Reccomended.

A Peaceful Paradise

If you’re looking for a place to stay that has every amenity possible, then this is it! From beach towels/toys/chairs to spices for cooking and laundry supplies. If you like to be away from the touristy crowd, you will love it here! So quiet. The welcoming cookies and beautiful bouquet of flowers were the icing on the cake!

Fun in the sun

Dave’s Dream was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean, fully stocked with amenities. Beautiful view from the Master balcony and the back porch. We brought our grandchildren so we did purchase a stair gate for our peace of mind but left it for other guest to use. Great beach access and beech goers were spaced well. We look forward to another visit.

Lovely Retreat

We enjoyed our stay in this home. We visit Navarre often and have chosen this as our favorite. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of blankets, pillows, and sheets. Every closet, drawer, and cabinet was stocked with all our needs, from shampoo to a sewing box that actually came in handy. There were plenty of beach toys and all our beach needs, including lots of beach towels. The deck was cozy and we enjoyed rocking our grandbaby on the swing downstairs. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home.

Beautiful Location

From the minute I walked in the door and saw bikes, helmets and sun hats, I was impressed. I went up the steps to the first level and WOW! The view was amazing as was the view from the master bedroom. It was so bright and welcoming and had all the perfect touches. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the management. It was the most stocked place we’d ever been. To Dave and his wife - thank you for letting us make wonderful memories in your beach home.

Nice place

So the refrigeraor was out when we got there. The property manager let us know and provided a small refrigerator and a cooler full of ice. It was a little frustrating but we made it work. The refrigerator that was there was fairly new. They tried to get it replaced before we left but just didn’t work out. The condo was great. It had own access to the beach. They had plenty of beach stuff. The home owners gave us a big refund for our inconvenience . Thank you.

Incredible location and views

We stayed at this property with another family and had a wonderful time. The unit was as described, well stocked, in a great location, and comfortable. The beach was not crowded at all and there is plenty of beach front for the number of units in the building. The only cons: - Pots and pans were pretty rough (I purchased a couple inexpensive ones and left them there) - Needed to repeatedly keep an eye on the dehumidifiers and empty them a couple times a day (but they really helped!!) - In order to cool off the upstairs master bedroom, you have to get it really cold downstairs. The fan is a big help, but it gets really really warm in that bedroom. Despite the cons we would stay at this unit again because the pros more than make up for it. The sunset views were gorgeous, the porch is spacious, the beds comfortable, the beach toys/supplies were stocked and the shelling was fantastic.

Can't Beat the Location!

Best part about this place, the amazing view and proximity to the beach. You could not ask for better. The Pros for this townhome- I just said one of them. The view! They also supply just about anything a person could need and plus some. Also, the outside patio furniture was a nice feature. Now, let’s talk about the Cons- My husband is a Facilities Manager for a living. So, this place drove him crazy. It is obvious that the townhome has been remodeled, but despite that it could use a little paint and caulk. Also, just about every bathroom had some kind of issue from loose toilet seats to towel hooks falling off the wall. Also, this place is in need of a good deep cleaning. No excuse for the amount of nasty light switches, dirty baseboards and dust. Especially for what I PAID to clean the place. Also, if you are going to advertise that the unit has beach chairs. Please make sure it actually does. There were 3 half way working beach chairs and the rest were unusable. A family of 8 would be in trouble if they banked on your description of the unit including beach chairs. Lastly, this is not the owners fault, but there is no dining table and chairs except for outside other than bar seating. This makes eating family meals inside difficult. Would I stay here again. Probably not for the new rental price. They have increased the price since we booked last year. We have already found a newer and larger place for less money a few doors down from this unit.
