This is a great location for families or individuals looking to a low key relaxing stay. This Beautiful home located in the highly desirable Belmont Heights is a short walk (2 blocks) to coffee shops, bakery, bar, yoga studio, restaurants and shopping. This charming California craftsman has a furnished remodeled kitchen, stainless appliances, off street parking, washer/dryer and coffee maker.
House is professionally cleaned and sanitizer following CDC guidelines for COVID-19.
Bedroom #1 has 1 queen bed.
Bedroom#2 has 1 queen bed and 1 full bed.
Self check-in any time after 4PM

Great stay.

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay comfortably. House was clean. Had all the kitchen essentials. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was safe and close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend a grab bar at back door for older people.. The scissors was broken and I bought a new one for your supplies.All n All it was great.

Sweet Craftsman Cottage

Nice cottage! was clean & felt very private & the neighborhood felt very safe. Appreciated off-street parking & outdoor space that included small patio & front porch. Everything was clean & host was lovely & very response to our one very minor problem. Enjoyed our 3 day weekend! Thank you Jessica.

Excellent property

We took our family to Long Beach over Thanksgiving and went to Disneyland and Long Beach. This property accommodated our family, is in a great location close to attractions and restaurants, was super clean and just a cute house in a nice neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

Great Location!

House was located in a nice safe neighborhood. My wife and I enjoyed how close in proximity it was to things we wanted to do. Walking distance to shops, food and coffee shops. Nice walk to the beach. Good stay overall.

Cute house in Long Beach

We enjoyed staying in Long Beach for the week. House is close to the beach, coffee house and restaurants. Great location to get to LA or to Disneyland. We enjoyed visiting different beaches through our stay. House was perfect size for what we needed.

Safe and comfortable

Jessica’s place was great. It’s in a super safe neighborhood that’s absolutely adorable. We loved walking to the neighborhood coffee shop. It’s close to major attractions. Beds were comfortable. House was super clean and Jessica was a very responsive host. We had a party of 3 and it was the perfect size for us. I’d eagerly stay here again!

Perfect home

This home was perfect for our family of four! We had a 2 and 4 year old with us and there was just enough room for them to have space to play, as well as my wife being able to work remotely for a bit with no interruptions. The neighborhood was beautiful as well and close to restaurants and big attractions like the aquarium and pike outlets. I appreciated the host providing more than o e roll of toilet paper, one pod for laundry, etc. the basic necessities were never an issue and we were able to do laundry and all our needs without running straight to a store. Having coffee grounds and filters ready was also a big plus! Definitely recommend and will absolutely stay again the next time I’m in the area!

Perfect location for our stay

This home was perfectly clean, property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Great, quiet neighborhood, everything about this home was great. Loved everything about this stay.

Jessica’s place was great for our 4 day trip. House was clean and had everything we needed. Close to beaches and places to eat. Neighborhood is quite. Would recommend Jessica’s place and would definitely stay here again! Thanks again Jessica.

Great place

We loved everything about our stay. The house is great, and has everything you need. It was clean and very comfortable. We have to be back in Long Beach for a number of appointments and plan to book this house every time. We love the neighborhood and spent a lot of time exploring the area. You can walk to the beach which we did every day. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area too.

Absolument parfait !

Il n'y a rien à redire. Qualité de la maison, des équipements, de la literie. Procédure d'accueil extrêmement simple , contact très facile. Quartier calme, parking très facile, proximité de la plage et des commerces. Tout est parfait !

Quaint and Cozy

Jessica’s house in Long Beach was just perfect for our relaxing girls weekend! The house is well-equipped with everything we could’ve needed (plenty of towels, linens and a well-stocked kitchen). The on-site parking + cute patio were icing on the cake. Jessica was very responsive and helpful when we had a small hiccup with check-in. Would definitely recommend to folks who want to stay in a quieter area with access to the beach, restaurants, downtown or even Disneyland (we did it all!).

Excellent place near the beach

We loved this place for our beach getaway. Great location, very clean, very functional, easy five stars. Jessica was a great host and this place had everything we needed for a great stay in Long Beach. We thought the value was exceptional as good hotels we’re charging $400+ when we stayed and this place was half that and included a kitchen and living room and extra bedroom. We loved especially the outdoor cozy dining area and the front porch. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön und ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung gelegen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Die Küche und das Bad waren super ausgestattet mit Kaffee und Gewürzen, Öl usw. Im Bad gab es sogar einen Shampoospender. Das Bad ist für fünf Personen etwas klein, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Es hätte ein klein wenig sauberer sein können, der sichtbare Spalt zwischen Dusche und Waschbecken war schon etwas… Dafür waren die Betten total super und der Fernseher war bereits mit payTV Kanälen ausgestattet, so dass meine Jungs sogar Netflix schauen konnten. Sehr charmantes kleines Haus, wir würden wieder kommen.

This place is super clean💜

The place is very clean, everything is very close, the neighborhood is warm! the second room is very spacious, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The first room, my suggestion is a king size bed would be perfect, it has what is necessary for the stay. washing machines work very well. I would recommend the house for 3 or 4 people with everything and children! not 5 or 6 as the ad says, the only uncomfortable thing is the bathroom it's small.

Convenient and Quiet

This property was everything we needed for our trip! Super quiet neighborhood located very conveniently to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. House was perfect! Property manager was so pleasant to work with, and check in/out process was super easy! Thank you for loaning us your property for the week! We had a great time!!
