About this space-

TWO blocks from the beach. In such a central location, tenants will experience the luxury of being a convenient walk's distance from many of Long Beach's more desirable sights and attractions. Such includes the Belmont Shore Pier, the peaceful and majestic Naples Island, the always-on Second Street strip, the prestigious and scenically outstanding beach-front Olympix gym, with activities like kite surfing and kayaking only steps away, as well as a slew of quality bars, restaurants, and hangouts.

The Space-

We are ecstatic to introduce and host you in our new listing. Everything was remodeled in June 2020. Amazing upstairs bathroom, which was re-done to the studs. Unbeatable location. Smart TV equipped. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. All rooms have ceiling fans. The couch has 66 inches of space from armrest to armrest. Although you will rarely need them (except summer) there are 2 very powerful and ultra silent AC units installed in the space; 1 is upstairs and 1 downstairs.

***All hard surfaces are sterilized in between every tenant's stay, to meet up to standards with today's social climate, and best protect you and your family from the threat of Covid-19. **

PETS - Must be disclosed at booking request, and approved by owner prior to booking. The pet cleaning fee is $60, in addition to the regular cleaning fee. If your pet is approved, we will send you a special day offer (including pet cleaning). If you do bring your pet, couch cover MUST stay on for the duration of your stay 🙂🐾.

***If you want to bring a pet, notify us and we will ask for the pet cleaning fee to be sent on a 3rd party app. You should never send us any form of payment through any 3rd party payment application before your booking has been confirmed.

Clean inside, and perfect for what we wanted/needed, garage space for parking was small but it worked so that’s a plus cause down there is no open parking on weekends. Overall great stay would use this place again.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect and the price was great. We brought our dog and spent a lot of time hanging out at the beach. The kitchen has new appliances and the bathrooms have been updated, which was really nice because we had one rainy day and stayed in. It’s a great little place for a couple with a small dog.One of the bedrooms has an AC unit stored in the closet that you have to take out and set up. We’re not really AC people, so we didn’t need it. We actually ended up sleeping in that room because our dog barked less in there in the middle of the night. Overall, a really nice, comfortable stay in a great location.

Great location, clean, accurate room and bathroom count. A little more 'well used' than the pictures show, but very functional. The AC unit was not in the second bedroom as shown/ stated in the listing, we found all the parts in a closet and had to assemble the ventilation to the window to get the room cooled down. The owner never responded to any messages - we asked a question about check in several days prior, we asked about the AC unit, we asked about a broom to clean the floor after the beach, not a single message in response. Overall would stay here again, but don't expect any customer service from the owner.

The apartment was clean, pet friendly and was perfectly adequate for our needs. Great location for Long Beach Seal Beach and San Pedro Harbor. Great area for walking. The apartment manager was very responsive. Only complaint was that the garage was way too small to fit our car inside. We were able to find street parking nearby though.

THE POSITIVES: Clean, no bugs, felt safe in the property, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, pet friendly, walking distance to Rosie's Dog Beach and 2nd Street, garage to park in, host provided quick responses to my questions.THE NEGATIVES: This place is in no way "Elegant" as the listing stated. It is just okay. All rooms are very small. Our bedroom was so small that the bed just barely fit in the room and my husband had to crawl over me to get in and out of the bed! The second bedroom did not have the ac hooked up so we were not able to use it and it was hot in that room. Although it was great having a garage because parking is so scarce in Long Beach keep in mind that if your car is any bigger than ours (Honda Accord) it will not fit and even then it is hard to maneuver it in and out of the garage. The whole place just needs a good overhaul. You can tell it's really been used a lot from the time you walk in the door and see cracked tile in the entryway to the worn out flooring in the upstairs bathroom. This is the first time I was either forced to buy the insurance or leave a 1500 deposit and probably the worst Vrbo I have ever stayed in. I'm sorry I wish I could have left a better review but there are much better places to stay in Long Beach for the same price.

Very clean with two nice bathrooms and two good size bedrooms with comfy beds. Living room is small but you won't want to be inside too much because it’s in great location with so much to see and do.

Fantastic location

The place was nice. We were able to walk to the Beach. If your a dog luver this is absolutely the best place to be. Rosie's Dog park is absolutely fabulous

Family stay

Communication with the host was easy and responses were almost immediate. The place was clean and a great value. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Nice, small, place to stay close to the beach. The accommodations were sufficient for four adults for two nights. The bedrooms are rather tight but they are comfortable. There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area.

Great location, great price!

The proximity of this jewel to the ocean is fantastic. It’s within walking distance of a great brewery, chicken place (love Bruxie’s!), and a grocery store. Easy access to freeways. The place was clean and offered just what we needed. Thank you!

Awesome little apartment within walking distance of amazing food.

Great place for 2 to 3 people in town for events. So much great food within walking distance. Comfortable beds, quiet neighbors. Our only somewhat complaint was the couch was less than comfortable after a long day.

Great area, nice home

Had a great time, with the wife and our kids (9, 12, 17). Right by 2nd Street and the beach. Also close to just about everything you need. The townhome was very clean. The neighbors were here nice. Would definitely come back
