The property was very clean, spacious, and cute! It was exactly as described in the description. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The communication was great. The property is super close to the beach and pier. Parking was difficult if you have a big car. There is a spot in the back where you pull open the carport and pull your car half way in. Getting in and out with a big car was difficult but we mostly walked everywhere. I highly recommend this property.

Cutest little spot in seal beach

We had a great time staying here. Location was very convenient and we were able to enjoy all that main offers. Would love to stay here again!

Host was very responsive and check-in/check-out process was seamless. Property has all the essentials, plus some extras like beach chairs, and is in easy walking distance to beach and downtown Seal Beach.

Nice spot easy walk to downtown Seal Beach and a bit further a Long Beach marina. Quick walk or drive to multiple beaches.

Seal Beach Winter escape

The location and the accommodations were everything you see on VRBO. Seal Beach is a wonderful place you are in walking distance of the Beach, shops, restaurants, anything you need. It was a wonderful stay!

An amazing stay in Seal Beach just blocks from the ocean and easy walk. to old town. The apartment was very clean, spacious and lots of amenities.

A beautiful retreat

The property was perfect for us; so clean & filled with all the amenities that we could ask for. We loved our time there & hope to visit again in the not-too-distant future!

Wonderful and clean!

We stayed here as a family of 5 and loved it. It was very clean and the laundry was a bonus. We enjoyed walking to the beach and exploring the area. It was quiet and very family friendly. We went to Disneyland and it was an easy drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great apace, great location.

We had a terrific stay at this peoperty. It qas co venient to the beach, town and the highways. A very walkable community. My only suggestion is that, if you must rent a car, rent a smaller one- parking is tight.

No noise or parking hassle was great! I loved the lay out of place and 2 bathrooms were so convenient. We will book again.

The place is cute and clean. It wasn't clear that you need to go into the alley to go through the gate to get to the entrance. This is not a great place for elderly where it's difficult to go up/down stairs. The door opens into a small landing, where you go upstairs or into a bedroom. Not ideal to juggle luggage as you enter. The downstairs bathroom had empty shampoo/conditioner/soap and some items left in a drawer by former tenants. Fortunately, there were extra toiletries under the upstairs bath (this should be checked by the cleaning service). It would be nice to have grab bars installed by both showers (for the older folks). The kitchen has a lot of items to cook with including a good variety of seasonings and oils. The sofa is comfortable as were the beds. If you have a rental, you will need to park at the garage door, which is fine. The home behind this one keeps a barrier up for their truck to park, which makes maneuvering challenging. The streets are very tight with cars parked on both sides, so be careful when driving. Overall, it's a cute place and walking distance to the beach and a few more blocks to the shops on Main St.

First time at a VRBO

With limited hotel options in Seal Beach, we decided to try VRBO for the first time with our family. The property matched its online description perfectly, with a good location, great cleanliness, and a quiet neighborhood. However, our main concern was the lack of communication from our host. While we understand that codes are typically provided on the day of check-in, we didn't hear from the host until the morning of our arrival. Despite sending an email and a text two days prior, we received no response, which left us uneasy as we packed just hours before our flight with no certainty about our accommodations—particularly challenging with a toddler. After reaching out to the VRBO help desk, our host contacted us about an hour later. We also had a few minor issues: water was consistently pooling in the refrigerator, leaving our food wet; the dryer had a broken baffle, making it very noisy; and the bed pillows were thin and lumpy and could use a replacement. Overall a three out of four stars for us!
