"Blackberry Patch" is located within the Waldens Creek area in the mountains of Sevierville, TN. This newly renovated cabin in the private neighborhood of Nicoha, makes the perfect place to relax and get away from busy city life. While having great mountain views and a real feel of being in the wild, Blackberry Patch is just 4 miles away (10 min) by vehicle from the Parkway (Pigeon Forge Strip) near all attractions, restaurants, Shopping and many other amenities the city offers. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg are only (30 min) 14 miles away and Dollywood Theme park is (20min) 9.4 miles away.

'Blackberry Patch' is a well preserved and maintained cabin that offers our guest brand new furniture, appliances and home goods. The open concept of the cabin is ideal for foresting family memories, with a dinning of 6 while enjoying the mountain views and lots of open space that keeps the family from being seal off. The main floor has a master suite including a king size bed where you can enjoy a smart flat screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has been newly remodeled with granite counter tops and brand-named cabinets, specially designed to make the kitchen feels like yours. Also, the main floor includes washer and dryer located in the pantry and a Weber Gas Grill placed right outside the back door for easy access to the kitchen. The upper floor has a private bedroom with a full size bed and bathroom. The ceiling high windows in the loft allows guest to enjoy the mountain views while having fun with friends and family. The loft is equipped with an Air Hockey Table, lots of table games, music and a full size sofa bed.

The best part of 'BlackBerry Cabin' is the outdoor area, the deck goes around the front and side of the cabin providing views to the mountains on both sides and creating a sensation of being secluded in the forest. There is plenty of sitting area including a swing allowing families and friends to bond. The hot tub is warm and ready in case you would like to relax and have a drink.

This cabin was awesome to stay at. The drive to it was a bit much for this city girl, but was to be expected. Very clean, all the comfort of being at home. Was a blessing to have a washer and dryer to use. The upstairs bed was not too comfortable for me, but everyone has a comfort level, so please don’t judge this property on that. The communication with the host was superb!!! Texted via app, response was immediate.We had no issues that needed immediate attention. Perfect place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It's centrally located, and very well equipped! We used the crockpot several times and enjoyed being able to grill.The washer and dryer were a huge plus too. Our daughter enjoyed the hot tub after daily excursions. I definitely recommend it for small families!

We rented this cabin for the month of March 2026. The cabin was everything it was advertised as. Our favorite days were sitting on the deck looking at the mountain view, listening to an audiobook and crocheting. The view was perfect and we had weather from 85 to snowing for the day. It was perfect. Will definitely rent again.

Our family of 4 (2 adults/2 teens) stayed 5 nights. Pros: plenty of space with 2b/2b, well appointed kitchen, lovely mountain views and excellent location to Pigeon Forge. Cons: game room "futon," was an old, uncomfortable sleeper sofa. The upstairs bedroom/loft had no AC so was very hot in July. There were 2 ceiling fans in the loft, both were loud while the main living room ceiling fan was too loud and wobbly to use. Cabin water had a bad smell and taste. We have a well at home so know if you maintain the salt and chlorine levels this does not happen. Both bathroom doors were unleveled so you had to "lift," the doors to align and they still wouldn't always close. The quilt/shams in both bedrooms were very worn, the had holes, smelled musty and were due for replacement. On our last night, after my daughter showered upstairs, water starting dripping from the downstairs bathroom ceiling. We called the after-hours contact number, which was out of service, then the owner with no response until the next morning. If none of these things bother you, go for it, but I cannot recommend Blackberry Patch nor will we stay here again.

Host came to fix the hot tub within 24 hours but I do want to point out that it looked like they were already aware that it was broken based on some tools sitting out and it stinks that it was one of our few days to be able to enjoy it and we were not able to. Otherwise it was a nice cabin and has a good view. I don’t know that we’d stay again but possibly.

Good Time

We all enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot our time just enjoying being together in the cabin. I played games with the kids. We would love to stay there again.

Home away from home

We loved our stay! The home is large enough for the kids to play and have their own room but small enough to be together as a family. We loved the hot tub and the provided games!
