★ Other Things to Note ★
• 5 adults MAXIMUM (6 TOTAL guests including all children) If you bring more guests than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per guest over said number.
•The Roku feature on the TV's allow you to sign into all your streaming services like Netflix/Disney+/Hulu/Etc. and continue watching all your favorite shows. You must have your sign in information for your streaming services.
• NO washer or dryer in cabin or on premises.
• The cabin is near the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. There is no attic space. If a squirrel crawls on the roof or up the outside of the cabin you will hear it. If you see animals anywhere during your stay do not feed them. Stay away from them!
• Exterior trash can MUST stay latched at all time. There are bear, raccoon, opossum, skunk, squirrel in the area and they will come for the free meal.
• There is a video camera for monitoring the front door and parking area.
• No pets allowed. You will be charged $400 if you bring any pet.
• No smoking or Vaping of any kind. $100 fine.

You couldn’t ask for a better location.

Everything was absolutely lovely and as described. The location is very convenient. If you plan to stay here a couple notes..The rooms are very small so there isn’t a lot (any) of room for luggage. So plan accordingly, maybe bring multiple small bags rather than any large bags. They also empty the kitchen of everything. There is a spice rack but none of the extras like salt/pepper/oil/coffee.

Great cozy cabin

This cabin was perfect for our party of four. The neighborhood it is located in was quiet, which we appreciated, and it is very close to the Tanger mall and multiple restaurants. We will definitely try and stay here again.

The cabin was in a very convenient spot, with many attractions in close proximity. Inside the cabin itself was extremely relaxing, giving off quite the homey aura. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Adorable cabin

Perfect place for 2 couples. Very clean. The hostess has included many thoughtful things like areas to hang and place your things, lamps, beautiful Christmas decor and a well stocked kitchen with small appliances (even though we did not cook). It was a well built cabin. Although we stayed in the loft bedroom, the floors and stairs are not creaky. Appreciated the bathroom in the loft. Very close to the Parkway so very convenient to everything. We would definitely return!

Short vacation in Pigeon Forge

Cabin was in a great location in pigeon forge, close & easy to get to all the shops & attractions. I was particularly drawn to this cabin because the road was truly two lanes & it wasn’t scary like some of the other cabins were.It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Perfect getaway.

The cabin was gorgeous it was exceptionably clean and smelled clean the beds were very comfortable and well made with plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed the over all cleanliness of the entire place was perfect I messaged the host several times and heard back in a timely manner and all questions weee answered without hesitation we will most definitely be using this hosts cabin again in the future the location is great right of the parkway but not able to hear traffic on a popular date, we were there for the tax free weekend. I highly recommend staying with this host on her property, you won’t be sorry

Great stay!

Nice little cabin close to parkway if you want to walk or take the trolley. Kids enjoyed the pool as well. Cabin was very clean and we didn’t have to worry about finding parking as we had our own spot. Great communication throughout our stay and checking if we needed anything. Loved the fact there were handheld shower heads (comes in handy when washing toddler hair)!! Would stay again!

Sweet little cabin!

We LOVED this sweet little cabin! It was just the right size for us! Hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook and the charcoal grill was nice. The location was right in town and easy to get to yet was very peaceful. Will definitely return to this location!

PF Getaway

I wanted to treat my son, daughter-in-law and grandson to a trip to PF. We had a good time. Cabin was very convenient to attractions we visited. And cabin was neat and clean except for tiny black bugs in loft area bathroom sink. That’s the only issue we had with cabin.

no hills to drive up

We have stayed in several cabins over the years and this one was by far the best. Cabin was very clean and organized. Easy to get to. No climbing the hills after dark. Far enough off the Parkway to not hear much noise. The host was very helpful and showed us appreciation for staying. We enjoyed reading the journal of previous occupants. Book was full so we could not leave our mark on the cabin. Hope to go again next year.

My husband Jim and I are very excited about being part of the VRBO community. Sharing our home and farm to entertain our friends and family has been a great joy for us. Jim loves to cook, I enjoy making everything in the house and outside on the property beautiful and a pleasing experience for all who visit. We thought our attention to detail and passion for creating appealing spaces could be well adapted to sharing a vacation rental home for people to enjoy.

We both grew up in central upstate New York and we live on a beautiful small farm that we love to wake up to every day. Our passion for raising food in a clean and humane way has initiated us to raise all natural pasture chicken and pork for friends and family who feel the same way.

My great joys in life are gardening, creating charming outdoor surroundings and enjoying all of natures beauty. Jim's interests include fishing, hunting, farming, cooking, and making killer BBQ :-)
We both love to travel and enjoy meeting people and seeing all the beautiful places this country has to offer.
