When you need to escape to tranquility, grab your significant other, unwind and reconnect in this cozy classic style log cabin. Adorned with four acres of a beautiful mix of tall pines and lush hardwood trees, this couple’s retreat makes a perfect hideaway for relaxation. Immerse yourself in the warm bubbly waters of the hot tub while enjoying views of nature and the sounds of the running creek. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy your breakfast and coffee inside or outside on the large, covered deck. Once the sun fades away it is time for the outdoors to cuddle near the campfire or for those that don’t want to venture too far away, there’s an outdoor fireplace on the veranda.

The Creekside Chalet is located near all the latest popular attractions such as Mt. Fork Brewery, The Tasting Room, Shuck Me Restaurant, and Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream. If you have a watercraft or just want to cool off and take a swim, this cabin is only 5-10 minutes from Broken Bow Lake. You can partake in all the activities and attractions that Broken Bow has to offer or just laze around and enjoy the peaceful vibe of this cozy little slice of paradise.

New Hochatown casino/ Choctaw Landing, Beavers Bend State Park, Mountain Fork River and Broken Bow Lake are all within a 4-5 -mile away. A short drive will put you at the Mountain Fork Brewery, Okie Girls Ice Cream Shop, Shuck Me seafood restaurant, Knotted Rope Winery, The Tasting Room Bar, and Hochatown Distilling Company, gift shop and other Hochatown area attractions.

Relaxing

Perfect getaway spot, end of the road surrounded by trees. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The cabin was the perfect size for us, very comfortable and relaxing in front of the indoor gas fireplace.

Spring Serene

Loved how close it was to main attractions. We loved the wrap around porch and hot tub. We visited end of April when everything was just turning bright green for spring, light showers in the afternoon/evenings- quiet and serene - loved every moment of it.

CREEKSIDE CHALET

So impressed with the overall stay. The cabin was beautiful and cozy. Great place to stay just to wind down for the weekend. The only complaint I really have is the road getting to the cabin is a little rough. Glad we were in a truck. Host was courteous. I would stay here again and will if we get the chance

Can I just say Hochatown is amazing?! There are tons to do and I wish we would’ve stayed longer. The property is absolutely beautiful. It’s secluded and private but you’re not really that far away from other cabins. Which I loved. The bed was very comfortable and they had big towels. Which is a HUGE plus. I even bought the same brand when I got home because they were that nice. We saw some of the cutest deer Saturday morning right off the back porch! The hot tub was very clean and relaxing. The owner really went the extra mile with the swan towels on the bed and decorative touches to the toiletries and hand towels. The only recommendation I would make is maybe some brighter lights above the sinks. They were a warm light so it was kind of hard to see when getting ready. But it didn’t bother us that much! The stay was phenomenal and we can’t wait to book again!

Additional fees

The property was perfect.. Our only issue was the exorbitant amount of fees added to nightly rate… disheartening, but I suppose everyone has to get their cut. I (personally) would prefer to see overall nightly rate instead of a decent rate, only to discover your overall rate is actually 20% to 30% higher. But a very nice cabin nonetheless

Great little getaway

My friend and I decided to take a quick “momcation” for the weekend, and booked this cabin. It was super clean, in a great location, and had plenty of amenities. The hot tub was great, the shower was amazing, and the bed was super comfy. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone needing a place to relax. We loved our trip.

Secluded with Road Noise

If your going to the lake or just out and about all day then coming back to the cabin shower and go to bed it’s great. But if you want to sit around the fire or sit on the deck and read a book get ready for the road noise from the logging trucks ( you are in a forest )

Creek side Chalet

Beautiful cabin well stocked. The check in information did not have the correct keyless entry code but a simple phone call gave us what we needed to get in. Directions to the cabin were spot on. We enjoyed the stay.

Privacy but close to everything

This is the second time we have stayed in a cabin in the Broken Bow area. This cabin had the privacy we desired yet minutes away from all the activities in Hochatown. It was a very luxurious cabin with all the amenities you would desire for your stay. Extremely clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful

catastrophic

This property is new and I guess the owners are new to the BrokenBow cabin game. They have no stack washer dryer in a luxury lakeside cabin. I had no idea. That’s like checking to see if it has an HVAC. EVERY cabin of this caliber has a w/d. Generally the last thing u do when u leave a cabin is start a load of towels in the laundry. So after a couple of dips in the hot tub and one shower, one is already almost out of towels, by the end of the first night. There is not even single towel rack in the bathroom. The shower rod fell on my head when I was forced to use it as a towel rack. There no sign telling you what to do with the dirty towels . No shower curtain on the bathtub. The fridge was not cold. And upon returning from some shopping I discovered that someone ELSE had been in the hot tub while I was gone, and left a KT tape in the hot tub. Which once the cover is off, shoots quickly down to 97 degrees. So I contact the property manager by phone. It goes to voice mail and it takes hours to get a response. So then I email. I was so ill at this point as I’d rented the cabin for breast cancer recovery, my hubs had to drive up from Texas to bring me towels, fix the shower rod and confirm that the hot tub was in fact acting squirrelly. The response from Norma Atwell was to tell me how to work a hot tub, that her cleaning crew hasn’t left the bandage so what did I need, did I want towels (literally left voice mail and also emailed for towels) amd was just frankly a bit dismissive. Treating me with ignorance from people who built a luxury cabin without a stack W/D? We won’t be back nor will we rent from Rustic ever again.

Weekend getaway

The property was excellent! The few MINOR complaints we would give are: 1 there is no WiFi that gives internet access and the user/pass are different then communicated. We had to drive to pizza shop to get online. We never did get WiFi. 2 e-mail communication was great until the weekend then it went to zero. We couldn’t get the front tv to work, emailed with no response. We went to town to check emails and when we got back the tv was working and on. We did not know anyone was coming to fix it. We wanted to get away and disconnect and this did the trick even though it was a little frustrating. I will definitely return and recommend this cabin.

Worth Every Penny!

I am late in typing this review, but it doesn't change how we felt about our stay and experience in Broken Bow at this property. Norma the property manager was always helpful, and easy to communicate with. She does her job well! The property was beautiful and clean, (we stayed during Covid times...Oct 2020... and felt safe). We will 100% return to Broken Bow and stay here again. This property is more secluded than some properties that are nearby. You drive down to a private driveway. You can hear the cars on the highway behind the property, but its expected, you know you are not way out in the wilderness! The property was well maintained and well prepared for our arrival. We paid extra for firewood, and it was there , ready and waiting for us to use! We had a little issue lighting the grill, I called Norma and left a message. She called me right back. We got it to work, but my wait time to here back from her was minimal. Thank you Norma for caring about your patrons!
