Beautiful newly remodeled studio condo minutes from downtown. King size bed, queen size sofa sleeper, love seat, vaulted ceilings, full kitchen completely stocked, desk, ice maker, washer and dryer, private deck, outdoor seating, private wifi, smart TV, free parking, and self check-in.

Our amazing amenities include giant clubhouse with racquetball courts, exercise room, mini-golf, and game room. Outside has one huge family pool, baby pool, adult pool, and 2 jacuzzi's. There are also basketball and racquetball courts, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, playground and covered outdoor pavillion to gather and BBQ. This is the perfect vacation retreat!

Jodi is absolutely awesome! Studio is so clean and spacious and has literally everything you need. Great location and close to town. Will definitely stay here again!

This unit is even nicer than I expected! Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking right outside the unit at all times of day. The community has so many amenities right behind the unit building. Plenty of well-manicured grass lawns for walking your dog. Unit was very spacious, clean, and had plenty of included amenities and thoughtful touches. Full kitchen and tools for cooking. Host was very responsive to messages and a phone call. I was traveling with my dog and the stay felt very dog-friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

This lovely remodeled studio was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed-- comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen, sunny porch, easy parking, convenient location, and great communication from the host. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, safe and spacious studio condo. Great outdoor areas with grassy walking path, pools and hot tub, tennis and pickleball, plus a game room! Great for kids and adults.

Great place. Great location. We only had one issue with the address- VRBO didn’t share the unit letter/number of the rental property. A quick call to Jody and we were in the unit within minutes. Would stay here again!

Very nice studio condo. Excellent place for dogs - lots of paths to walk them. Clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. We had a very nice stay and I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I have attended the St.George Parade of Homes for several years. Our stay here has been fantastic! Clean, perfect size for two, and excellent communication with the owner!

Beautifully remodeled, Neat, Clean very well decorated…. Modern & simple. Lay out, furniture and bed were very comfortable. Jodi was very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Great little dog friendly spot!

We were in town for a dog show. We’ve stayed here before and it was great, so we were glad to stay again. The owners are very communicative and nice. We love the complex and the rental was perfect, with all of the comforts necessary to not have to worry about anything. Thank you for a great stay, and we look forward to staying again!

Home Way from Home

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The bed was comfortable, the space was nice and clean, it felt like a home away from home. We did have some challenges with the water pressure in the shower as well as temperature problems with the water, but that was more of a minor issue. It really was a great place to stay and we would stay here again. Jodi was super helpful and responsive to all of the questions and concerns that came up throughout the whole process!
