This is a beautiful and family friendly 3 bedroom condo at the fun Sports Village. With 6 beds, this condo comfortably sleeps 10. A large, shady deck with a stunning view of the St. George valley makes this unit extra special and provides a lovely place to visit, relax, and dine with family and friends.
Amenities include 2 large pools with hot tubs, Pickleball /Tennis courts, shuffleboard, playground, basketball courts, and a clubhouse with pool tables, table tennis, indoor racquetball court and a workout room.
This condo is only minutes from downtown St. George and is 8 miles from Snow Canyon State Park, and 40 miles from Zion National Park. Beautiful biking/hiking trails only 1 block away.
This condo is stocked with everything you need for a perfect family vacation, including bath towels, swim towels, bedding, fully stocked kitchen, large washer/dryer.

Great place to stay

I stayed here in January 2025 for a quick girls’ weekend. It was a great place to stay. Everything we needed was provided. The host communicated quickly & was very helpful. The view is stunning. Would stay here again.

Good Condo

We are a family of 6 and had plenty of beds. Could’ve had two more people with us. We loved that there’s a balcony overlooking the St. George valley, furnished with a fire pit, table and chairs. We enjoyed the swimming pools and sports courts. Great little place to stay!

Comfortable stay. Excellent host. Amazing views!

Our group of 3 friends enjoyed our stay in Oct '24. The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet and had an amazing view off the back deck. Some things in the condo could use a little TLC & upgrading, but we were overall pleased. Rachel was a fantastic host, and even helped re-unite another friend with her wallet after we had checked-out and left town. (The wallet had slipped into the sofa cushions while she was visiting our condo.) Thank you, Rachel!

Best stay in Sports Village

This condo was wonderful! Very clean, spacious, well equipped, and the view was amazing. We had lots of friends staying at other condos in Sports Village, but our place was the hangout because of the size and the beautiful views from the lanai

Great place!

We had a fabulous stay. Everything was exactly as expected or better. Check in was easy. Amenities of the Sports Village were great. Was a great place to use as a base while heading to Zion for hiking and other places around the area. I would highly recommend!

Awesome stay!

Very affordable for large families. For the adults ask about the spa key! We found it doing some cleaning. It's in a semi hidden place. Considering they're expensive I don't blame them. Kids LOVED the pool. Instructions for everything was very clear. Hulu was signed out of by the previous tenant. They were able to remotely sign in less than 5 minutes. Mini pool table to enjoy. You can't go wrong with this place.

Great stay even better because of balcony

This condo was just right for our family. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. We were celebrating a graduation with extended family. We loved having the balcony to cook out and eat meals together with great views. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully have more time to use the amenities of the community. Rachel was very responsive to my questions and requests.

Amazing condo

We absolutely loved this condo. This is a top floor unit with awesome views. The Sports Village is a great resort. This condo is right across the street from the Clubhouse and amenities. The staff at the Clubhouse were amazing and friendly. The pool was a perfect temperature and even on the windier days our kids enjoyed swimming. We used the basketball court, volleyball court and the pickleball courts. They were all very clean and made our trip so much fun. The lawns and outside areas were clean and kept up very well. Inside our condo we had tons of room where everyone could have their own space. Every single bed is extremely comfortable, we all slept so well. The entrance to the condo has a large landing area that was nice where we could all keep our shoes in one spot. Having a washer and dryer make it nice to be able to do laundry when staying for a long time. The kitchen and living room are so open and nice to spend time together when we were inside, but we spent a lot of time outside. We will definitely be staying here again when we are back down in St George.

It was great, they didn’t have shuffle board equipment, it was broken, the listing said they had 2 King size beds but it had a Queen and a King.

I am an avid hiker, runner, camper, and outdoor enthusiast who fell in love with the beauty of Southern Utah many years ago. I eventually decided to take the plunge a buy a place of my own where I could share my love of this area with my children and grandchildren and am excited to be able to provide a family friendly place for others to stay as well.
