Beautiful and spacious top floor condo in the heart of downtown South Haven. Just one block off of the main street, this sun drenched unit is located in an elevator building that is close to all the action. Walk to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, movie theater or the ice skating gazebo (during the winter months). Enjoy all the comforts of home at the Eagle Street Retreat: A fully furnished open concept kitchen, breezy balcony complete with eating area and a grill. Master Suite has a relaxing soaking tub, and 2nd full bathroom has a walk in shower. Large flat screen TV and spacious living / dining room are perfect for watching a movie or playing a board game. Curl up with a good book by the gas fireplace. Park the car in the attached parking lot and leave it there all week - anything you could want is just a few blocks away at The Eagle Street Retreat.

One of the cleanest and well appointed condos that I have ever been in. Great location and short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, shops, parks and beaches. It was also a very quiet condo (once the nextdoor restaurant died down which was around 9:30 pm). Monica checked in with us upon arrival and departure. Would highly recommend.

Perfect spot! Clean and organized

It was in a great spot. We walked to everything we did in the South Haven area. The condo is exactly as pictured. Even better, it’s so organized and everything is labeled. It was more than we hoped for!

The perfect spot

We loved staying at this property. Nice, clean, well stocked. We loved the little patio that gave a peak of the water. The location was perfect, right downtown but on a less busy street - shopping and restaurants all right there and a quick walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Winter weekend in South Haven

Loved this condo that sits a block off of Phoenix St with all SoHa's restaurants and shops. Perfect location and even had a peekaboo view of the lake! Highly recommended!

One of the best experiences we've had staying at a rental property. The condo is beautiful, clean, well stocked, and everything is labeled for convenience. Check in was smooth and the property manager was very communicative via the app. The location was very convenient, especially with the onsite parking, and we could walk to all the shops and restaurants on the main street just a block over. We were a little worried about potential noise from the gastropub patio next door, but it really wasn't loud and in fact when they had live music in the evenings it was very nice to sit out on the balcony and listen. We felt very at home here and would definitely choose to stay again!

Best of both worlds

The property is in a great location In town. Getting to the beach took only minutes and in the evening we could walk everywhere. The condo was very updated and comfortable. Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions. I would recommend this property.

Highly recommend this beautiful condo with a great view from the balcony. Awesome location as you can walk to all the shops, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach!!! Manager provided immediate response to our questions about little things in the condo. Would definitely come back ….

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Street Retreat so much that we are all ready planning another one. The condo was warm and well decorated. It supplied everything we needed. The elevator was a nice plus at the end of a long day. The shower was amazing and the beds were comfortable. Oh and did I mention Monica. She is an outstanding property owner/contact. Plus- they have a gift basket of treats! We will be back for sure.

This was my second stay @ this lovely condo & once again it did not disappoint. The new bathroom in the master bedroom is beautiful! This condo was clean, comfortable & a short block from Phoenix Street where all the shops & restaurants are located. We will be returning next year!
