What a magical wonderful place to stay! I am already planning my next trip back. My dogs loved the big yard. My family loved the big home and space. The kitchen was great for all our prep and loved doing laundry before going home. 5 Stars for sure!

This is an incredibly beautiful place, both the house and the location! It is hard for photos to do it justice. Our family enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balconies, hearing the creek running below, cooking meals in the large kitchen, and gathering around the dining table to play games.The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We would love to make this an annual location to gather!

The remote location and Forest surrounding the property was so relaxing! The views out of the large picture windows were just spectacular! It was a true getaway for me!

This property was just as described. It is a remote area, however, the General Store is very close to the property as well as Lake Roberts for fishing. It is a 40 minute drive to the cliff dwellings, the roads are quite curvy and narrow but clear and maintained well. If you are heading there you are already halfway closer than Silver City. There are several decks to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and breathtaking views! There's plenty of space at this property and the kitchen is well equipped. Communication and check in were simple as well. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

The house was beautiful, filled with amazing art and careful details - every room was uniquely wonderful. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and a spacious kitchen. Most of all, the views, fresh air, and amazing hiking made for a relaxing getaway! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in this exceptional and unique home, set in a breathtaking location. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and enjoyed our meals and playing games on the deck.

This was such a unique stay for us Louisianians. We enjoyed the open-air feel throughout the home and being so quietly tucked away in the wilderness of New Mexico. The home had no TVs so it helped us force our family into more focused family time by being together playing board games and just enjoying each other’s company. It was the perfect atmosphere for cooking together and having outdoor dinners and enjoying the sun setting over the mountains and the stars in the wide open skies.

We hand a wonderful stay. Two nights was not enough :( It was a pleasure to walk through the house and see the beautiful details and care given to this gem

The property was beautiful. The owner had warned us that the house was remote so we were prepared with supplies. We did have trouble finding the place the directions posted on the VRBO website took us to a campsite about 3 miles from the actual house. We got help from a friendly store owner and a neighbor of the property. Then I couldn't open the message from the owner with the door code so the neighbor was the hero again since there was no cell service. After that everything went smoothly. Truly a peaceful place.

Amazing place!

This beautiful home was spacious, warm, inviting and had all of the enmities and more to make a family friendly stay. We will definitely plan to come back again!

Great hiking, views and peaceful location! The fenced and private yard was perfect for our dogs. Would recommend staying here.

Everything was great. Our host was very responsive and friendly. The home is in a stunning location with spectacular views from every window. We enjoyed the night sky with no light pollution.

Wonderful spot for a getaway in a peaceful and beautiful part of the world

The house is exceptional! Could use a little dusting, but we loved everything about the house.

We came down to visit family. Our husbands were raised in the area and still have family there. We spent all of our time out and about in the area.
