Beautiful Condo with great views of lake & golf course, access to Private Beach

Recently renovated with beautiful views

This 2nd floor 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit with elevator access features a beautiful lanai with Golf Course and lake views. It has an open floor plan with a combination living/dining area. The bedroom suite has a beautiful view and sliding doors to the lanai, with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The bath has a sink, a tub also to be used as the shower. The living room has a pull out couch (Queen size, comfortable for 2 kids) and also a flat screen TV. All of the units surround the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The condo also has high speed internet and WiFi.
This condo is our family vacation spot, so we make sure it is well maintained and absolutely clean.

Wild Pines is located in the exclusive Bonita Bay Resort with 5 private golf courses, a marina and private beach. The Private Beach is a short drive (4 miles) with free parking, chairs, umbrellas, restrooms and showers. In Season (Nov - April) there is a free shuttle running hourly. It is within walking distance of shopping & restaurants. Bonita Bay offers many amenities, including a private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico with in-season shuttle service, three parks, basketball, tennis and bocce ball courts, a community pool, hot tub, BBQ area and clubhouse for picnicking. Free canoe/kayak rentals, fishing piers, picnic areas, playgrounds, butterfly gardens, a boardwalk to the back bays, as well as miles of walking and bike trails, make Bonita Bay a top vacation destination.

Peaceful relaxing condo

The condo is located in the Bonita Bay development which is wonderful- beautifully landscaped, lots of things to do. Close to many stores and restaurants. Particularly enjoyed the lanai with its west view of some trees and the golf course- some great sunsets. Owner very responsive.

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay in Wild Pines! Great location for us with other family members living in Bonita Bay. We don’t need much and the condo met our expectations. It is only a one bedroom, so it is small for 3 adults - but we knew that going in and it didn’t bother us at all!!

Great location.

We really enjoyed the setting in the Bonita Bay development. Very good security and close to many activities, restaurants and shopping.

Enjoyed the stay.... beautiful community.

I feel the private beach access was somewhat misleading. It was not the image that was described. Also, there were no beach chairs provided with the condo, and beach towels were very old and worn. Lastly the mattress was not very comfortable and linens need to be updated.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and updated with a beautiful view of the golf course. The hosts promptly addressed any small issues we had. We enjoyed the amenities at Bonita Bay, especially the shuttle to the private beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo, beautiful location

Condo in Bonita Bay, one bedroom and one bath facing the golf course. Huge and well maintained development, pool nearby, quiet surroundings. Condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen. Off Tamiani Trail with shopping nearby. Can't beat the location for convenience. Definitely a 5 star property.

Overall very nice and comfortable for the two of us. Pool close to the unit. Nice views. Lots of good shopping and restaurants nearby. Shuttle bus to the private beach worked well… but listing implied we could drive to the beach when that is not allowed for renters… not a big deal but listing should be clear about that.

Enjoyed

Overall a great place. Close to beaches, and other activities like an Air Boat tour Everglade City(1hr away) Marco Island (50min). Was a perfect little spot for my wife and I to enjoy. Super clean pool and the time we came (late May) we had the pool to ourselves. Just one thing to work on was to have enough paper products TP, and paper towels.

Wild Pines - Bonita Bay

We visit Ft Myers Beach every year and this is our first time staying in Bonita due to the on-going recovery from Ian. Many of our favorites are no longer but found new ones! The condo was as advertise. The property complex was gorgeous, highly secure and conveniently located. The owners were accomodating and responsive. We highly recommend!

Totally recommend!

As everyone else has said…..great condo, great location, fully equipped, great amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. Stayed over new year. Took advantage of the private beach club (and shuttle bus). Enjoyed all the walking trails, parks, Promenade shops/restaurants/circle bar and of course the wonderful condo balcony with golf course view. Hope to return soon. Markus was so efficient with communication and a super easy to deal with.

Love Wild Springs

Condo was very clean. Air conditioner worked great! Very convenient to stores and restaurants and beaches and pool!! Unit had curtains on sliders and plenty of towels. Would suggest getting paper towels and napkins if u stop for groceries. Loved all the places to walk in community but absolute favorite was sitting on porch and having coffee in morn and wine at night and enjoying the peace and quiet and birds and view! Will definitely be back!

A good experience

This apartment fit the bill for the two of us. Nice, quiet, secure area. Everything was clean and in working order. We arrived late at night, unfortunately, and realized there was no toilet paper or paper towels. I made a frantic midnight run to the guard shack (the only place I knew was open) for an emergency roll. Markus and Joie had some to us the next morning, and clarified that their policy is to provide enough of each until their guests can make it to the store. I've never run into this before at a VRBO. So, make sure to factor those things into your grocery pick-up order before you arrive.

Paradise for people that like to walk (which we do)

This is an ideal location within a fantastic planned community. Miles and miles of tropical landscaping and walking trails. Very safe. Very quiet. The unit was a nicely updated. It had a beautiful lanai with a great view. As the listing picture shows, there was a floor to ceiling patio door for the entire width of the living room. Great for looking outside if it's too hot to sit outside. However, we are not used to such a big window with people being able to look in on you at night. There was no covering for the window. During the day, that is great. During the night it was something to get used to. I loved the check-in process. It had one of those electric deadbolt locks with a combo. We received the code before our time of arrival. So we entered as soon as we got there. No waiting. No fuss or chatting with the owner. I would say that it would be nice to have a couple bikes. You can rent them somewhere across the street but that isn't very convenient. Not a show stopper though.

Great Place to Stay!

We rented this condo for one week. Great location, very clean, just as advertised. Perfect for a couple. Well equipped and updated kitchen. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely rent again if we return to Bonita Springs!

Everything was great except two things. 1) every thing was really clean except the coffee pot. That was really in need of cleaning. We did that before we could use it. 2) Our room was missing the RD IF keys needed to use the shuttle to the beaches.

Relaxing Piece of Paradise

The condo was perfect for our week long stay in Bonita Springs as we celebrated my mother's 90th birthday. The location made it extremely convenient for our visits to see her and it was equipped with everything we needed to prepare all of her favorite meals. The grounds were immaculate and bursting with color. The pool was quaint and quiet, and the beach with amazing sunsets finished each day with color. Our stay was perfect.

Great Condo!

Traveling solo with my twin sons, I felt very safe in the condo. Very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Nicely decorated, well appointed, quiet! We loved our stay and would love to stay here again!

My wife is from the area and her family lives in Bonita / Naples. I am from Germany and worked in the area for almost 10 years. Currently we reside in Germany and bought this beautiful place for our vacation at 'home'.

Why this condo? We love the area and we love Bonita Bay. We believe Bonita Bay is one of the most beautiful locations in the area. The golf courses, the landscape, the lakes, the marina. The gated community, with its multimillion dollar estates, is very safe and conveniently located. In Bonita Bay you find everything that is great about Florida: Marina, Gulf access by boat and a private beach. But in addition to that all other amenities of this beautiful area are also very conveniently available: Restaurants, Doctors, Shopping (Coconut Mall is just around the corner) and everything else you wish for.
